Devlin designed this implant and had it surgically installed. The concept is based on his powers in mechu-deru and uses it to enhance his capabilities with it. It allows him to use it easier without delving as deeply into the dark side. It also allows him to be able to control droids he has created easier and more quietly without using his force powers. Though he can order them and issue commands it does not allow him to use his force powers through it like with Queen. He can still actively delve into and control his droids and other sources of technology but this device allows him to more seamlessly control his own without having to sit down and focus to control them with the force.

- This implant is designed to work with Devlin's mechu-deru powers. It allows him better control and access to droids or other technology without using as much focus from his force powers.
- Concerning his own droids Devlin able to passively receive information from his droids and provide orders to them mentally. This allows him to provide commands and control them without using his force powers to take full control over them. This also allows him to provide orders to all silently rather than out loud and still able to fully control one of his droids like Queen.
- Is specifically designed to not be jammed with DDC X-05 Pawn's jamming device.
- The implant is very small and weighs very little since it is attached to his brainstem.
- Allows him to better issue commands and puppet his droids on the same planet without needing to 100% focus his force powers on them.
- Issuing commands using the implant still requires Devlin to be on the same planet and strong EMP or device jamming does restrict his communications except to Queen and Pawn.
