BIOGRAPHY

Daxium Ryiah was born in 200 BBY on the windswept plains of Ansion, the elder of a pair of twins brought into the galaxy during a rare and ominous celestial alignment. From the moment of their birth, the Force clung to them in unusual ways, binding Daxium and his twin sister, Katarine, in a powerful and volatile dyad.

Their parents, Anastasia Darkrose and Troine Ryiah, loved them fiercely. Anastasia, an archaeologist studying Ansion's ancient cultures, believed the past held lessons meant to guide the future. Troine, a skilled land guide, knew the planet's harsh terrain as intimately as his own heartbeat. Together, they gave their children a brief but genuine childhood marked by warmth, curiosity, and devotion.

That life was stolen when the twins were only six months old.

They were abducted by a fallen Jedi known as Lady Sinistra, who believed the twins' dyadic bond was the key to fulfilling an ancient prophecy whispered through forgotten Force cults. She took them into the shadows, raising them within a dark Jedi sect that sought to twist the Force into a mirror of destiny and control.

Unlike his sister, Daxium flourished under Sinistra's teachings.

She praised his strength, rewarded his ambition, and convinced him that compassion was a weakness exploited by the powerful. Though her methods were cruel, Daxium came to see her not as a captor but as the only mother he truly remembered. The cult became his family, its members his brothers and sisters, and Lady Sinistra the center of his world.

When Katarine resisted the darkness and became the target of Sinistra's wrath, Daxium struggled to understand her defiance. He loved his sister fiercely, often shielding her from the worst of Sinistra's punishments when he could, yet he could not comprehend why she rejected the life they had been given. To him, obedience meant survival. Loyalty meant love.

Years later, the Jedi Order uncovered the cult's existence and launched a recovery mission. The twins were found alive among the dark Jedi, marked by trauma, indoctrination, and a bond forged under unnatural circumstances.

The Jedi called it a rescue.

Daxium called it an abduction.

Dragged away from the only family he had ever known, Daxium watched Lady Sinistra disappear into the chaos of battle. Whether she died or escaped, he never learned. All he knew was that the Jedi had taken everything from him once again.

Despite their age and the Council's reservations, the twins were accepted into the Jedi Order. The Council believed they had been victims of the dark side. Daxium believed they had become prisoners of the light.

While Katarine slowly embraced her new life, Daxium never truly accepted it. He mastered Jedi teachings with remarkable speed, not out of devotion but necessity. Every lesson in compassion sounded like an accusation against the woman who had raised him. Every lecture on attachment reminded him that the Jedi had torn his family apart while claiming to act in the name of peace.

Outwardly, he became the model student. Respectful. Disciplined. Intelligent.

Inwardly, he nurtured a quiet resentment that deepened with every passing year.

His instructors praised his talent but sensed a distance they could never quite bridge. Though he obeyed the Code, Daxium rarely embraced its spirit. He viewed emotional detachment not as enlightenment but as another form of control, no different than the doctrines Lady Sinistra had once imposed.

Only Katarine remained beyond his suspicion.

Despite the growing divide between their beliefs, Daxium never stopped loving his sister. Their bond endured even as their paths diverged. He saw her growing faith in the Jedi not as healing but as evidence that they had succeeded in taking yet another member of his family away from him.

As the years passed, Daxium began secretly seeking remnants of the life he had lost. Hidden beneath the discipline of a Jedi Initiate, he searched forgotten archives, recovered forbidden holocrons, and quietly pursued rumors of surviving disciples of Lady Sinistra. Every discovery strengthened his conviction that history had been written by the victors and that the Jedi Order had never sought to save him, only to erase who he had been.

To the Jedi, Daxium Ryiah appeared to be a troubled young man struggling to overcome a painful childhood.

In truth, he had never left that childhood behind.

He was simply waiting for the day he could reclaim it.

Years of searching eventually bore fruit.

Following scattered whispers through forgotten temples and abandoned worlds, Daxium uncovered the truth he had spent his life chasing. Lady Sinistra had survived.

Without hesitation, he abandoned the Jedi Order and sought out the woman he still believed to be his true mother.

Their reunion was everything he had imagined...

for a single fleeting moment.

Sinistra welcomed him warmly, praising his loyalty and commending him for never abandoning her. She spoke of destiny, of unfinished prophecies, and of the future they would build together. For the first time since his childhood, Daxium believed he had finally come home.

He had been wrong.

Lady Sinistra had never cared for Daxium.

She had cared only for what he represented.

The ancient prophecy she had pursued had never been about the twins themselves, but about the extraordinary power of the Force dyad they shared. Daxium had been a tool. A weapon. A means to an end. Once separated from Katarine, he no longer possessed the value he once had.

When Daxium questioned her plans and asked what had become of his sister, Sinistra answered with chilling indifference.

Katarine no longer mattered.

Neither, she admitted, did he.

Determined to harness what remained of the dyad's power through forbidden Force rituals, Sinistra betrayed her most loyal disciple. Daxium fought desperately, not merely for his life, but against the collapse of everything he had believed since childhood. In the end, he was overwhelmed by powers beyond his understanding.

Rather than kill him outright, Sinistra cast him into an ancient Force stasis chamber hidden beneath the ruins of a forgotten temple. Suspended between life and death, untouched by age or time, Daxium remained imprisoned while centuries slipped silently past.

Empires rose and crumbled.

The Jedi Order vanished.

The Sith became legends.

Worlds were born, conquered, and forgotten.

Still Daxium slept.

The passage of time eventually weakened the ancient prison. Whether through natural decay, the shifting currents of the Force, or the disturbances caused by events long after his era, the stasis chamber finally failed.

Daxium Ryiah awakened in 902 ABY.

To him, only days had passed since Lady Sinistra's betrayal.

To the galaxy, nearly eleven centuries had vanished.

Everything he had known was gone.

The Republic was a distant memory. The Jedi Order that had rescued him had long since faded into history. Even Lady Sinistra had disappeared into myth, leaving no trace of her ultimate fate.

Most painful of all, there was no sign of Katarine.

For the first time in his life, Daxium stood completely alone.

The woman he had loved as a mother had betrayed him.

The Order he had despised no longer existed.

His sister had vanished into the depths of history.

The galaxy owed him no answers.

For the first time since he was an infant on Ansion, no one remained to tell Daxium Ryiah who he was, what he should believe, or which path he should walk.

His future would not be chosen by Lady Sinistra.

It would not be dictated by the Jedi.

For the first time in his life...

it would be his own.
