The Assembly is the first room one walks into when stepping into the castle through the main entrance. It in itself is a ringed platform surrounded by lava below, and overlooks the mighty lava rivers on the outside, this also connects with three corridors to the front left and right that lead through various rooms of the Castle.

  • Training Room:
  • Image Source: X Force Unleashed 2 Concept Art
The training room was located on the lower levels of the Castle. Vader would often train in the dark room, and with a hopeful apprentice, he would leave them in the room for days being constantly hounded by Sith training droids, and with no food or water to hone their skills in the dark side. This room is where Vader spent his time practicing his skills on the dark side and honing his Lightsaber Skills.

  • Interrogation Chamber:
  • Image Source: X Star Wars Purge
Located in the depths of the Castle, Vader's Castle was often known as the place where "Jedi go to Die" And with good reason, between 19 BBY and 14 BBY Vader would often hunt for the remaining Jedi that survived the Great Purge and would bring them back to interrogate them for whatever information they carried, this included whereabouts to other Surviving Jedi such as his former Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, using various methods of torture before ultimately getting whatever he could and killing them.

  • Detention Block:

The Detention Block not far from the Interrogation Chamber was used by Vader to house Important Prisoners that he had needed alive, mostly this was used to hold Captive Jedi that was waiting for their time in the Interrogation chamber, during that time they were tortured constantly by Interrogation droids, denied Food or Water and kept within the darkness the only light was the ray shield, they would also be prey to immense dark side aura surrounding the area, this would make them even more vulnerable to giving into Vader's methods when they went into the Interrogation Chamber.

  • Meditation Chamber:
  • Image Source: X Rogue One a Star Wars Story
Vader's Meditation Chamber is a room with a bacta tank that Vader used to find peace in perhaps one of the only times he could ever find peace, he was able to be without his suit and was able to meditate on the dark side. He was often attended by his servant Vanee and protected by two royal guards. This room also houses a window in which one could spot the exact place where Vader was defeated in his duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

  • Communications Room:

A room close to both Vader's Meditation Chamber and living quarters, Vader would often go here to communicate with his Master or any other Imperials that required him. The mechanism of the holoprojector is very simple as one had to only stand on it or kneel to activate it, whether it be to receive or make transmissions the holoprojector is long range and could even go as far as the Unknown Regions or Core Worlds.

  • Storage Room/Sith Archives:
This room holds many vast records and dark side knowledge of the former Sith, Darth Vader used it to store spare parts and his armor when changing variants to whom Vader was said to only have two such as this one that was found by Kyrel Ren. It holds many things from ancient tomes to lightsabers.
  • History: The Sith temple was originally built during the final years of the Jedi-Sith War approximately 1039 BBY. It was built by the Dark Lord of the Sith known as Darth Thaxsis who ruled most of the A sector through the dark age of the Old Republic. He was eventually betrayed during the Battle of Mustafar by his brothers and had his spirit sealed within his tomb for the next one thousand years. Then during the Age of the Empire Darth Vader and his master Darth Sidious often visited Mustafar to meditate on the dark side, by Darth Sidious's order Vader was forced to live in the tower that was constructed for him, it was where he would go to meditate and increase his power in the dark side, it was even built not that far from where he was defeated in the duel against his old Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. Darth Vader even brought Jedi to the castle where he would extract whatever information he would need from them before killing them, it was even said through rumors as the place where 'Jedi go to die.' In 0 BBY Director Orson Krennic was summoned to Vader's Castle hoping to gain an audience with the Emperor but instead was chastised for the incident on Jedha and his recklessness regarding the top secret Death Star. In 850 ABY long after the Castle had been abandoned the Castle was visited by the Knights of Ren of the First Order and engaged the Jedi Knights of the Galactic Alliance fighting a vicious battle, and even awakening the spirit of an ancient and long dead Sith Lord known as Darth Thaxsis. The battle was won by the Ren and now belong to the Ren for their own use. As well as being a new home for Kyrel as well.

I think you mean "eat" physical food. Is there any canon evidence to suggest that Darth Vader sleeps in... A bed? How would that work? As far as I know he only has the meditation chamber and the tube we saw in Rogue One.

Towards the end of the Jedi-Sith what?

What variants are there to Darth Vader's armor? Can you list which would be present here?

Kyrel Ren said:
Vader's TIE Advanced is housed within the Bay
You wrote this in present tense, which implies that the TIE Advanced is still housed within the bay. After having almost 800 years have passed, I am quite sure this could not feasibly be the case. Not to mention possessing his TIE Advanced would require a trip to the canon items registry.

Ah yes my apologies edits have been made, and how the whole bed thing works is it is more like of a mechanical one, a sort of coffin if you wish where Vader was allowed to sleep without having to deal with the rasp of his breathing. This comes from the now legends comic Darth Vader and the Lost Command. as for the food the meditation chamber within his personal quarters is the same as what we have seen on the Star Destroyer Executor where Vader is allowed to spend time without his helmet, and can even eat physical food if need be.

Alright, that's fine.

You are going to have to make drastic updates to all of the image sources in this submission, however. You have not sourced any of them properly. Please read this for more details.
