A mandalorian turned jedi, then into SITH by the famous Darth Revan. He led a small group of turned jedi, sith, or even bounty hunters to do his bidding. Soon after his master, Darth Revan, passed, he became the leader of the cult of revan. They overturned most orders or any rebelling groups. Most people who attacked did not leave with their lives. He wore dark mandalorian armor but soon after his masters death, he wielded Darth Revans armor along with his lightsabers. Not long after, his long lost love who had turned to the dark side and began working for an opposing group returned and tried to get specter to join them. Specter only saw her as a weakness so he went after her group and slaughtered them all. He let his love live so that she could feel the pain of loss, that he once felt. Eventually he faded away like most legends do. He was not a legend, because he still lived on in the mind of all sith, telling them what moves to make and how to approach different situations. He returned after the fall of the empire somehow achieving immortality. He remained in the shadows for years waiting for a new generation of force sensitive children to train and turn them to his ways.
