SPECIAL FEATURES
Darth Sibilus commissioned some of the Sith Empire's most brilliant manufacturers to create him a suit of armour shortly after his ascension to the title of Darth. He requested a suit both reasonably lightsaber and blaster resistant yet menacing and practical. They delivered with the Sibilite Armour, crafted primarily of durasteel, duranium and armorweave, it was almost impenetrable and resistant to glancing lightsaber blows; a handy feature should his defence be broken in a duel. However, repeated or prolonged exposure to a lightsaber or blasterfire would eventually overcome the metal used.
The armour also featured a pair of comfortable rancor leather boots, which aided his footwork with his Makashi style. The boots also featured magno-soles. The entire suit was designed around the style and was intended to strike a harmony between adequate protection, aesthetic value and to withhold Drios' freedom of movement.
The armorweave cape and underclothes meant that Sibilus did not have to completely restrict himself with metal, as the material conformed to Drios' decrees. They were dyed black and served as a more comfortable layer and secondary measure against any potential weaknesses in the armour after extended use. A zeyd-cloth hood was also on the suit, but offered no protection.
The suit lacks a helmet and as such the Sith's head is a vulnerable part of the armour. Sibilus reportedly refused the manufacture of a helmet as he deems their use as 'ghastly' and 'uncivilised'.
