SPECIAL FEATURES

Very Powerful Armor that enhances the range at which Syd's flames can be summoned, the speed at which they travel, the complexity of fire constructs and the ease with which they can be generated as well as the number of constructs that can be made at once, and all flames generate mild kinetic force when they impact. Heat frome flames can be temporarily suppressed when they travel.

Suit magically repairs itself, as well as Syd

Suit renders Syd human, enabling her to learn and use other Force powers, but will immediately turn back into the Flame Geist upon removing it.

Less concentration required for all Force Powers, as well as Magic

Provides the best protection possible from temperature extremes

Strengths:

Focus: Syd is far, far more in control of her flames then normal while wearing this suit. She is able to ignite surfaces at far greater distances than normal, as well as conjure constructs of flames with farm more precision, number and control. In addition, she can now suppress the heat from her flames as well as most of the light they admit, though scorches will still appear on the surfaces and the flames will still be fully visible Of course, by that point...its often too late. People or droids can still detect the flames, provided they have a sharp eye, ear (As Syd cannot suppress the sound of the fire burning something) or nose (Syd cannot suppress the smell emitted by inanimate objects burning from her flames. Force users will also detect the encroaching threat easily.

Healing: The Suit is enchanted to fix both itself and heal Syd, albeit at the rate of an average biorestorative underlay.

Become Human: Syd is magically turned human wearing this, enabling her to learn Force powers. When she takes the suit off. She is immediately transformed back into her natural state as a Flame Geist, causing her to lose the ability to use those powers she learned.

Double Focus: The exertion required to use Force Powers and Magic are lessened, as well as concentration

Duelist: Its resistance to lightsabers, slug throwers, vibroweapons as well as flame, acid and cryo make it equally good for fighting Sith, Jedi, or Mandalorians. It also possesses mild resistance to the Dark Side.

Weaknesses:

Pain: Syd is not use to feeling mortal pain, and seeing her own blood could put her into mild shock. Being hurt in this suit causes her to be hurt more and longer, with increased time needed to recover.

Removal is not an instant fix: If Syd is heavily injured and removes the suit to cheat a mortal wound, her injuries she sustained as human will put her flame geist self often being too weak to fight and immediately needing to feed on fire to have a shot at survival. This can lead to her being easily dispatched. Also if Syd dies wearing the suit she dies for real.

Temptation: While the suit itself was purged of lingering dark taint by Syd, the fact remains that the longer she remains human, the more her memories of being a Sith Lord return, which may threaten to tempt her back down the dark path. However's Syd's need to become more than a weapon, to be an actual person, makes this a risk worth taking.

No magic resistance: This is exactly what got Darth Phyre killed the first time

Low blaster resistance: Much like Syd, Phyre let her sabers be the shield against those using such weapons, choosing instead to protect against less conventional threats.

Ion: Shots from ion weapons disable the enchantments on the suit for three minutes.

Sonic: Its not much use against sonic either. Infact it knocks out Syd's ability to use magic spells for five minutes if she is hit.

Only human: While Syd is no longer uniquely vulnerable to certain weapons while in this suit the fact remains she is still human. Her fires are no longer near impossible to control for other pyrokinetics. Also, the temperature of the flame itself never gets above four hundred and fifty one degrees. She still also gets injured and tires out like a human.

Nuetral (See 'Learning Curve' below)

Learning Curve: While Syd is wearing this suit, she must learn how to develop body enhancing abilities with the Force, and she will be heavily vulnerable while doing so. This deficiency will lessen over time, however.


DESCRIPTION

This armor is one of the few remaining traces of the vicious Sith Lady known as Darth Phyre. An extremely homicidal and cruel Dark Adept, Phyre had no tragic story or excuse for why she was what she was...she seemingly simply enjoyed acts of bloodlust for their own sake. Her origins were never discovered.

Darth Phyre is believed to be the very first leader of the Cult of the Brain Demon, sacrificing entire families to the etherial beast, an atrocity she managed to maintain throughout the last third of the Gulag Era, keeping herself alive with unnatural magics until her rampage was ended by the Resistors of Darkness, with their Leader, The Man in White, personally executing her, by initiating the magical ritual that literally ripped her apart, condensing her spirit into a lock of her own hair that later served as the secret ingredient to recreating her as a Syd. That Syd ended up at best nuetral or only faintly lightsided speaks volumes as to Phyre's corrupt and evil nature. Reacquiring the suit after an experience in Phyre's tomb, Syd painstakingly stripped it of its taint and re enchanted the suit to serve her own ends...namely the feeling of being human, as her deep spiritual connection to the suit enables a magical transformation that would otherwise be impossible: Syd is fully human, meaning she can grow in the force, but the risk of being human means living wirh Darth Phyre's memories. Syd considers this a risk worth taking, as she feels nothing but disgust for her old persona, in spite of the factors of her own servitude. Allowed much greater control over fire in this suit, but at the risk of human mortality, Syd is in for a shock at re experiencing human nature.

I am very hesitant to let this go by. Flames naturally generate light as a byproduct of the fuel and the conversion of fuel, and heat. In fact, burning other materials can make the flames bright enough to blind you. Or even elements that burn at different colors because of their chemical construction. While some fires can be "dull" in brightness, I know not of anything that could burn which would allow the light from a flame to be nearly invisible unless extremely close to it.

Altered so that the suit can only suppress the heat instead of hide the flames and removed the disruptor touch, and Nuetral is supposed to be related to what is immediately below it, [member="Auberon"]
