Darth Mortyra

Known to most as Meya, Darth Mortyra is the shadow behind the rise of the Twin Suns cartel. She carved out her power in the underworld instead of an Empire. Her cartel began in a dust-choked settlement on Tatooine. Under her direction, it grew into something far more dangerous, a sprawling criminal network stretching across multiple lawless, crime-ridden worlds.
The Twin Suns operate in the spice trade, slavery, assassination rings, and illicit markets. It is less an organization than an ecosystem, feeding on instability, with her at its center.
Mortyra is more than a cartel leader. She is a practitioner of many forms of magick, most notably blood magick. Through it, she has altered herself, created relics, abominations, and replicated abilities thought to belong only to certain groups, such as the Nightsisters.
Knowledge is not something she waits for. She buys it, has it stolen, or hunts it down herself.
Darth Mortyra does not seek to rule the galaxy. She chooses instead to remain in the shadows, pursuing her own interests.
