DARTH INVIDIUS
Name: Qo'ra Sestis (known professionally as Darth Invidius)
Species: Human
Sex: Female
Age: 36
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 121 lbs
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black
Skin: Dark

Force-sensitive: Yes
Force-proficiency: Sith Lord

Voice sample: Tessa Mae Thompson
Title(s): Dark Lord of the Sith (alternatively Dark Lady of the Sith), Lord of Spite (alternatively Lady of Spite), Lady Vader, Knight of Ren (formerly)
APPEARANCE:
Qo'ra Sestis is not known for her imposing stature. Standing barely over five feet tall, and weighing approximately one hundred and twenty-one pounds, she is not the most imposing among the ranks of the Dark Lords of the Sith. But looks can be deceiving and she should not be taken lightly. Outside of her armor, Qo'ra (pronounced Cora) is a dark-skinned human female with dark brown eyes and raven-black hair that falls in an unbroken, curly sheet down to her shoulders. (See without armor here)

Inside her armor, she becomes Darth Invidius, formerly one of the mysterious Knights of Ren turned Dark Lady of the Sith — the Lady of Spite. She owes the armor that she wears to the former Knights of Ren. It is a sleek black armor, with a helmet that bears a red T-visor reminiscent of the infamous helms worn by Mandalorian warriors (and possibly a homage to the infamous Sith Lord, Darth Revan). Her helm is completed with a pair of horn-ear-like fins on either side. Her armor also features the insignia of the First Order on its right shoulder. The armor is finished with a black cape, made of an unknown lightweight fabric, which is draped behind her.
TRAITS:
  • Fanatical: (+) Invidius is fanatically loyal to the Sith Empire and is devoted to seeing its flag spread across the galaxy by any means necessary, as she sees it as a continuation of the ideals of both the First Order and the Old Galactic Empire. This means she is willing to work with those within the Empire to accomplish these goals, though it may mean pairing with those within the Empire that despises.
  • Tenacious: (+) Invidius is relentless in the pursuit of her goals and in executing the orders given to her. She lets nothing stand in her way and will remove anything or anyone who tries.
  • Intuitive: (+) Invidius is more intelligent than she lets on. She can quickly put together the pieces of a puzzle or a riddle to get herself out of a tight situation, even though her methods can be seen as somewhat unorthodox.
  • Intimidating: (+) Whenever Invidius wears her Knights of Ren armor (now her Sith armor), and combined with her rather stoic behavior, she comes across as incredibly unsettling, which she can use to strike terror into her enemies and even garner begrudging respect among her contemporaries.
  • Ruthless: (+/-) Invidius is capable of killing in cold blood without the kill weighing on her conscious. Women, children, or innocent men—it does not matter her target, she regards them all the same. This is a useful trait to have as a Lord of the Sith; however, she regards her own allies with the same ruthlessness, and is willing to kill even useful members of the Sith Empire, particularly those within the military (with little regard for their lives), if they step out of line.
  • Vindictive: (-) Invidius has no qualms with holding a grudge and frequently does so. She is not one to forget a slight and is willing to go to ridiculous lengths to exact revenge.
  • Introverted: (-) Invidius is not one to get close to even members of her own faction. She has no known friends (though she has many in both the Sith Empire and within the Sith Brotherhood that she respects, if only begrudgingly) and prefers to keep to herself and work alone.
  • Temper: (-) Invidius is easily enraged and her anger is known to be volcanic. She will lash out at anyone within her reach, or anyone she deems responsible, for incurring her wrath.

The origins of Darth Invidius are as obscure as she is mysterious. What little has been pieced together suggests that she is a human female named Qo'ra Sestis from Vardos—a planet once hailed as a "utopia" of the Old Galactic Empire. Almost nothing is known of her childhood and upbringing, save that Qo'ra attended the military academy on Vardos at her family's insistence, as most of the planet's denizens remained loyal to the ideals of the Old Empire even centuries after its demise. However, it was during her enrollment there that her latent Force sensitivity was discovered. Her prowess as a potential dark warrior caught the eye of the First Order, and she was whisked away for additional training, eventually becoming among the Supreme Leader's elite: the Knights of Ren.

As one of the Knights of Ren, she was known as Tyro Ren, having taken her given name from the old Sith word tyro. Despite not being given formal Sith training by her new masters, Tyro Ren respected the Sith ways and particularly looked up to the ancient Sith Lords Darth Vader, Darth Malgus, and Darth Revan. As one of the Knights of Ren, she gained the moniker "Lady Vader," a nickname she took particular pride in, due to her fearsome armor and ferocious disposition. She spent most of her days as a Knight in the Outer Rim, helping to keep the outlying systems within the First Order's tight grasp. However, her tenure with the First Order was regrettably short, as the Order was demolished by and scattered throughout the Outer Rim Territories, never to recover from its injuries.

Like many of her compatriots in the First Order, Qo'ra sought out the Sith Empire, believing that it was the next best answer—embodying the tenets of the Old Empire that the First Order had sought to restore. Her experience with the dark side of the Force made fitting into the Brotherhood of the Sith relatively simply, though she made no friends within its ranks. Even so, her power was well-respected within the Empire and, after receiving an education in Sith lore and traditions, she was anointed as a Dark Lord of the Sith and took the name Darth Invidius.
