His brows are thick and arched, casting a shadow over piercing, red-glowing eyes which signals his Sith pureblood ancestry.
Adorned in armor that is both intricate and intimidating, Darth Apophion's attire is a testament to his status and strength. The armor is primarily obsidian colored, accented with dark, burnished gold traces along the contours of his armor, highlighting its craftsmanship. The centerpiece is a chest plate, crafted to resemble the archaic armors bore by those Sith of antiquity, showing his connection to an ancient lineage of dark power.
His shoulders are broad, encased in armor that extends into sharp, ridged points, adding to his imposing silhouette. Around his neck is a high, stiff collar that merges seamlessly with a cape that drapes behind him, the inside of which is a deep crimson, like the color of fresh blood. This red occasionally catches the light, giving the impression of a subtle, ominous glow. HISTORY
Darth Apophion, once Sarhkon Drazmoth, hails from the ancient and noble House Drazmoth on the planet Begeren. The Drazmoths were isolationists, their lineage tracing back to the vaunted Sith Purebloods, a people whose very blood coursed with the dark side of the Force. They were scholars and keepers of arcane knowledge, their libraries as vast as their ambition, filled with forbidden texts and dark artifacts collected over millennia.
The House of Drazmoth had long avoided the galactic stage, choosing instead to delve deeper into the mysteries of the dark side, they believed in the teachings of Ludo Kressh. That the Sith should remain isolationists in the home sector of Sith Space. This isolationist stance changed abruptly with the advent of the Ashlan Crusade. The Crusade was led by a zealous faction of Jedi who, in their misguided attempt to purge the galaxy of darkness, embarked on a military campaign into Sith Space.
The Jedi's incursion shattered the tranquility of Begeren, razing ancient Sith temples and libraries, and desecrating the tombs of the revered Sith Lords. Sarhkon, a scion of Drazmoth, watched as his world and heritage were defiled by the Ashlan Crusaders. The Jedi, self-righteous and unyielding, left a trail of destruction that could not be ignored.
Then, Sarhkon's purpose was galvanized from the ashes of his desecrated homeworld. He emerged as a leader among his people, rallying the fractured Sith forces on Begeren and embarking on a campaign of resistance. Ruthless as he was cunning. Sarkhon united the forces of Begeren, using his profound knowledge of the dark side to outmaneuver the Jedi at every turn. His strategies were unorthodox, his tactics brutal, and his wrath unforgiving. Upon the final defeat of Jedi Masters, he ascended to being a Sith Lord through rites of victory and Became Darth Apophion.
In the swirling chaos that followed the Ashlan Crusade, the remnants of the old Sith Empire lingered like specters, scattered and leaderless. The Jedi, though repelled, remained vigilant, their eyes ever-watchful for the resurgence of the dark side's disciples. It was in this crucible of uncertainty and tension that Darth Apophion became the warlord of Begeren. Looking to join a new rising tide of darkness.
