SPECIAL FEATURES

• Crushgaunt's augment the wearers strength to superhuman levels.
• Similar to his father's own gauntlets they periodically drains Kahlil's surroundings of the Force, fueling him with the energy.
• In one palm rests the Healing Amulet, and in the other rests a Talisman of Concentration.

Strengths:

• Enhanced Strength: Kahlil has never been known for his physical prowess, but with these gauntlets his strength, or at least his grip strength, will never be questioned.
• Emergency Healing: The Healing Amulet was added to give him increased survivability in a fight.
• Dark Conduits: With the Talisman of Concentration Kahlil can use the gauntlets to help him focus his spellcasting, allowing for easier use of some spells in battle.

Weaknesses:

• Force Light: As per every Dark Side creation, the Light has destructive results when used against it. Sustained Force Light can destroy them.
• Draining: Prolong usage of the gauntlet's Darkside power can drain and exhaust the wearer.

DESCRIPTION

In Kahlil's quest to master the Dark Side through his Sorcery he has created and found a number of items to assist in this task. It was only natural for him to craft a set of Crushgaunts based on his father's own. While he was never one for martial combat, these would allow him to hold off an assault from a lightsaber for some time, though prolonged contact would still cut through the Songsteel.

The main purpose of these gauntlets is the Talisman placed in the palm of the left. Through it, Kahlil is able to better command his spells and manipulate the Dark Side to his will. By infusing the gem from the Staff of Souls directly into the gauntlet he has warped the ancient artifact into his own conduit, loosing most of the original properties in favor of it being completely under his command.

In the right rests a Healing Amulet which acts as an emergency healing. While it can heal most wounds, it severely drains Kahlil in the process. Using it in a fight will only weaken him tremendously in exchange for healing his wounds, making it more of an after battle pick me up then a battle heal.
