Name: Dancing Philius
Designation: Sentient
Homeworld: Naboo
Language: Basic, don't talk but understand it clearly
Average Lifespan: 90 years or more
Estimated Population: 100,000 and counting
Average height of adults: 4 inches
Average length of adults: .0254 meters (sorry I wanted to put it)
Skin color: Yellow petals
Hair color: N/A
Distinctions: Looks like it waves from side to side as if it were dancing, carries a happy demeanor

Breathes: Able to adapt to most atmospheres, even ones without CO2. This species has a dynamic tolerance to many chemicals via filters in their petals.
Strengths: Dances for long periods of time. Brings delight to those that see them
Weaknesses: Easily destroyed by kids, can't take immense heat for too long.

Races: N/A

Diet: Sugar from Photosynthesis. Poisoned by toxic gas clogging it's pores.
Communication: Dancing Philius communicate via a mmodified version of telepathy. They send out chemical waves that express their thoughts and feelings to whomever it concerns. However, wind is obviously a factor in the receiver getting the message. So to compensate, they send it out multiple times over so at some point the receiver will get the message, thought this can take up to an hour to do.
Culture: Dance for long periods of time as a form of exercise and allows them to photosynthesis at a faster rate. Works similar to our heartbeat, allowing them to have a 'second heart.' The second heart being the energy from the sun.
Technology level: N/A
General behavior: Happy in nature, carry them selves as if nothing is wrong. They are 'someone' you can sit down and 'talk' to.

Characteristics: Recently developed infusing the soil with particles of force shards. This allowed them to create a hidden Jedi order that could be their backbone if the Jedi fell.

History: They dance happily in little colonies and sway as if they were timed by a metronome. Even in wind, these flowers will continue to dance from side to side by means of resisting the wind. No hierarchy has been established as they all think the same thing (they are always happy until bothered). They've been known to dance vigorously, this is their way of saying that there is a disturbance in the force.

Notable Player-Characters: N/A (not sure what this means)

Intent: To bring a new dimension to the Star Wars universe! I'm a fan of Shards and I wanted to have my own species of self aware/force sensitive
beings. If approved I'll get to roleplaying with this species right away!
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Captain Keeli

[member="Captain Keeli"] - Alright, lets get down to business.

Breathes: Able to adapt to most atmospheres, even ones without Oxygen

How? Most plants take in CO2 and release oxygen. Do your plants survive in high CO2 environments? Are you saying they need no atmosphere to survive either?

Culture: Dance for long periods of time as a form of exercise and allows them to photosynthesis at a faster rate.

Wouldn't dancing take up too much energy? Photosynthesis is increased in warmer temperatures but this wouldn't be included in culture....Please give an explanation on how dancing (aka expending energy) actually increases their energy.

Recently developed after an unknown being dropped a lightsaber crystal into the ground, allowing for seeds to absorb the energy during germination and thus allowing them to become 'One with The Force.'

Wouldn't this be a characteristic rather than a trait? How does each plant get a force shard or various lightsaber crystal planted next to them in the wild. There is no way the planet would become 'one with the Force' without this step. Now I have no issue in you keeping it but the line would have to be "each seed is planted with a force shard in a laboratory to insure Force powers" or something similar. There's no way this could genetically be passed down from plant to plant.

Lastly, in terms how your plants communicate. I've included several articles below for research so you can expand out your sub and give better ideas on how to better describe what your plants do.

[member="Captain Keeli"] - Thanks, sorry for the delay.

How does that work? I don't understand could you elaborate. Are you speaking of the planet species found in the Young Jedi Knights series and their involvement in the order or something else? Or the plants are their own Jedi Order? I don't mind the infusing with force shard thing, thats fine. I don't get the second half of it.

Don't get the second heart thing, please explain further for me.
