STRENGTHS
- Veterns of war: Droids have to prove themselves in a multitude of battles before being Upgraded to a D2 thus meaning they have a level of combat experience that programming alone can not grant
- Mobile: The D2 are as agile if not more than a BX commando droid with the bonus of a jump pack
- Boarding and Counter Boarding Expertise: Due to many of the droids that were upgraded to a D2 being around back in the time of the Metal Lords they are well versed in space combat.
- Heavily Armoured: The D2 can take a far more level of fire compared to other droids its size which is helped by its inbuilt shield systems
- EMP/Ion: while it is able to survive minor emp attacks they still disable most of its systems
- Morale: While braver than most they are still affected by fear tactics unlike mindless droids

The D2 Evocatus Droid is a direct upgrade to the D1 Battle droid chasis meant for free willed droids who have shown true dedication to the Diarchy and Lord Mettallum. Most of the D2 droids were infact D1 battle droids that had served Lord Mettallum for decades and even centuries granting them a level of combat experience far beyond that of a normal droid.
