Rationale: It was opportunity really. As part of the growing droid military, forming under Count Morcus, the Artificial Sentient Aramus initiated a subroutine effort on monitoring the galactic market. In its efforts to ascertain the state of the droid market Aramus discovered Cybot Galactica. Subsequently after fifty three seconds and 9 milliseconds did Aramus determine that the purchase of Cybot Galactica for its master [member="Count Morcus"] would provide ample opportunity to drive forward. Aramus moved credits and made bids in order to obtain the needed amount to make the full purchase of the company. The stocks were nothing more than "penny" stocks, so cheap it was a wonder how no one else had picked up on it. The remaining facilities on Affa would be scuttled and its operations would begin on the world beneath the Void Station.

Original: "Cybot Galactica was one of the two largest droid manufacturing companies in the galaxy, the other being Industrial Automaton. It dominated the market in nonmilitary droids, especially protocol droids. The company was headquartered on Etti IV in the Corporate Sector. It excelled in marketing and design, but was also known to have expensive products. However, the wide-ranging service and support Cybot Galactica made up for this. Almost all major and minor Republic and Imperial worlds had at least one Cybot sales and service center. Because of how common their products and service centers were, mechanics had a comparatively easy time repairing and modifying Cybot droids. Like other droid manufacturers, Cybot Galactica utilized the expansive production facilities on Telti, as well as those on planet Affa for their protocol division. Cybot Galactica was a major force in galactic history and a powerful influence in the Core Worlds and the Corporate Sector. The corporation was known for a wide range of droid models ranging from simple labor droids to advanced security models. They also produced computer equipment and electronics. C-3PO, by far the most famous protocol droid, was built by Anakin Skywalker out of parts from scrapped Cybot Galactica droids in one of Watto's junk piles."
Additional Description: Cybot Galactica is once again returning to the galactic stage as a provider of none combat droids. All First through 3rd and fifth degree type droids will be designed, produced and marketed by this company. It is in no way a subsidiary. Although Aramus is commanded by its creator the AS fully owns this company as its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. While its headquarters is technically virtual and now simply a subroutine of Aramus; the actual facilities for manufacturing classic and authentic droids along with producing its new lines of droids will be made in time on the world beneath the Void Station.
