DESCRIPTION
The Reapers Eye(T.R.E )for the Reapers to see whatever their subordinates see.
The implant is surgically implanted into the eye of the Prowlers after they are initiated.
The eye acts as a tracker, visual aid and key for the members of the Silence.

This can be hacked though the hacker would have to know the person is a silencer, that they have an implant and then they would also need to be able to hack the Temple servers. Not impossible but difficult.
