If it is for you personally I would suggest seeing who makes armour in the market place.
If it for a faction, then see who supplies the faction and if no one does, see who might be interested.

I was looking simply for a custom armor set based on the picture for Corruck only. I was not thinking of anything particularly special, standard armor.

It is intended to be used during firefights as Corruck leads troops into battle. I would guess a combination of assault and protection, leaning more towards protection. Does that help?
