Culver was born and raised on Tatooine. His parents were drunkards and occasionally kicked him out of the house. Culver would spend months in the streets and fight gangs. At the age 14, he was a feared fighter and was usually left alone. Local gangsters wanted more recruits, so they began kidnapping orphans and children on the street. Before you know it, Culver was kidnapped and trained to fight harder. The gangsters helped shaped Culver's life to become a fearsome pirate. He would tag along in their missions and help raid targeted locations. After making a decent amount of credits, Culver left the gang at age 27 and decided to make his own living. He has been raiding ships and homes the past 8 years.
