Description:
This CTS-9 droid is modeled after an ancient form of droid. Though it’s programming and function are quite different now. The physical design was of that of an old style architect droid, with four main arms and two utility arms mounted on it’s back, however it lacks the droids powerful analytical servo brain and replace with a less sophistocated and much more basic programming.. The droid’s main arms features five fully function digits and it’s forearms house small retractable tool types chosen for it’s the droid’s specific tasks. While it’s secondary arms generally acted as manipulators and clamps allowing the CTS-9. The droid’s limited programming. However there are time when these secondary arms are used for more necessary purposes, acting as large tool single mounts for welding or other heavier instruments.
It’s locomotion was not designed for speed or performance the droid was instead made for stable continuous work in many environments. Thusly the CTS-9 is a purely non-combat unit. It is programmed to continue its talks even in the heat of combat possessing no self preservation subroutines. The droid will continue about its task, not answering to enemy nor ally, accepting commands and request from only it’s chain of command. The ending result is a seemingly stupid droid: during potentially dangerous or wartime situations it will not think twice before stumbling into a heavy haze of blaster fire. Though it wields no weapons, the droid is generally only proficient in the use of its assigned tools and machinery.
