Strengths:

• 
  Durable: Made almost entirely out of phrik, this pistol can withstand tremendous amounts of punishment.

  Packs a punch: As a charric, Cthahy fires shots that both explode like blaster bolts, and cause tremendous concussion damage, like slughtrowers. As the bolts travel at very high speeds, they are also very capable of penetrating light to medium armor without much difficulty.
  

Weaknesses:

• 
  EMP/Ion: Attacks of either nature will disable the pistol’s internal components, requiring a reboot before the weapon can fire again.
  
• 
  Work for it: The single-action mechanism of the Cthahy means that before each shot, the hammer must be manually cocked to fire the gun as opposed to double-action, where the trigger does all the work for you.
  

DESCRIPTION
Cthahy was made with love and affection by the practiced hands of a galaxy-class marksman. It’s a weapon suited to his needs, his hands, and his shooting style. With a long barrel to impart additional speed to the bolt and the charric design, the pistol is an instrument of precision and destruction. The weapon has been Khthul’s favorite for many years and the first gun he ever made himself. Named after his darling sister whose talent lies in rifles instead, Cthahy has claimed many lives over the years.

Rate of Fire: (Single action, pump action, semi-automatic, fully automatic, etc.)

You forgot to include rate of fire. Given that this is a pretty powerful pistol, I'd recommend making it something slow and counting that as a weakness, that way we can call it balanced and bump this up the chain. Thanks much.
