Strengths:
The Crystal Retreat is the personal ship of Abigail Kallisto, the adopted child of Draco Vereen. Now that she has come of age and is permitted to leave the Retreat, hidden away for the past several years. The Crystal Retreat is a ship fit for a royal to travel on, host to a number of ammenities and luxuries.
The ship is chromium plated and bronzium armored, rendering its hull fairly durable, however it is the dual deflector shields that makes it so survivable. However the focus of the ship is not durability or offense, but its ability to get out of bad situations. It is too small to hold its own against star destroyers and warships, and so the ability to get away from these ships was more important for the design and intention of the ship. The ship features a full range of MandalHypernautics Overdrives, Manuevering Thrusters, and Vector Thrusters for assistance in evading enemy ships. The Overdrives allow it to temporarily out pace many starfighters, the maneuvering thrusters put it on par with most bombers and heavy starfighters, and the vector thrusters allow the ship to shake missile locks like nobody's business. Advanced Avionics computers allow the pilot to keep up with the ships handling capabilities, able to control the ship easily without needing to be an expert pilot.
To further its ability to bolt out of action, the ship features a Silkworm Hypertransit Package, arguably the best navi-computer and hyperdrive in existence, and Retlini-class S-Thread booster allowing it to bolt out of a Gravity Well among many other things. A Tractor Shroud is included along with Flare Launchers and a decoy system in order to assist the ship in evading enemy capital ship sensors. It even features a Signal Jammer commonly found on an A-Wing Interceptor to help mask its signature when decoys are deployed. While not one hundred percent effective, even a second or two hesitation from enemy ships could be enough for the Crystal Retreat to avoid capture. The ship features a False ID Transponder, allowing it to adjust its signature to appear as a different ship to sensors and ID checks, should the Princess wish to travel incognito. True to ArmaTech form, the ship has Cap Drains, Ion Shielding, and Hydrostatic Fields allowing the ship to survive in a vast number of environments, hiding when necessary.
For weaponry, the ship is rather light. It has a pair of Light Repeating Laser Cannon turrets controlled by automated Droid Brains purchased from Hegemonic Automaton and a rear facing General-Purpose Warhead Launcher and one forward facing launcher. The rear facing weapons can assist in shaking enemy pursuit in the from of sub-capital ships. Hardly impressive, it at least provides Abigail with some offensive weapons.
The ship is not without luxury and comfort, featuring a Jet-Stream Meditation pool, Gourmet Food Processor, Alderaanian Relaxa-Bed, and full size self-cleaning Refresher. A pair of Luxury Droids attend to the ship and its passengers every need. Finally for protection the ship has a pair of TA6 Fire Support Droids and a pair of TA4 Ultra Battle Droids equipped with Paragon-class Energy shields. These are only active if the ship is boarded by anyone other than the very few approved creatures, otherwise they are stored in concealed compartments. The Princess can call for them at will.
