SPECIAL FEATURES
- Dual-Phase Lightsaber design allows the blade to reach one-and-a-half-times length in main and side blades, which essentially turns the lightsaber from a longsword to a claymore.
- A Bifurcating Cylical-Ignition Pulse allows the lightsaber to suffer water and/or other fluids without shorting out.
- An Ion Energy Cell reflects Jules' hatred of droids, and allows the lightsaber to hurt droids even more than it does to begin with.
- Due to the combination of the Kyber crystal's high-power beam running through the organically unstable Lava Crystal and the violent Lignan crystal, the blade is unstable, violent, and releases pops and sparks of power. The blade also changes colour seemingly randomly, usually staying yellow but varying toward gold and orange on occasion.
During Crux's many exploits around the galaxy, he acquired two crystals and a lightsaber. He had no idea what these parts could do when put together, but by the guidance of a Force Ghost, he was able to scavenge the lightsaber and alter the crystals to form those components into something new. Using a Sith lightsaber as a base, he built around it and refocused it into a weapon that better represented himself. All special features existed within the Sith saber before Crux found it, and transferred over when it was scavenged and reconstructed. Apart from those abilities, standard lightsaber strengths and weaknesses apply.
The crystals themselves add to the weapon's personality. The Kyber gives it its dominant feeling. Adventurous, spirited, and just as free-willed as Crux himself. It is a strong, reliable core. Then the Lignan crystal embodies what it is to be Sith, increasing cutting power but its Dark Side presence is kept at bay by the Kyber. Finally, the lava crystal gives the blade its instability and allows the emotions present in the other crystals to physically manifest. It makes the lightsaber more 'organic'.
