Funny you should mention that suggestion, because with Asha's unexpected appointment to Master of the Order ( shakes fist at Sargon ) her first act has been to set up a proper humanitarian organization to do precisely that! I'm really excited to see how it plays out and it will definitely force her into more of the galactic scene than she's usually taking part in.
