[William Griffin]

William had his speeder set on Auto-pilot when it began to shut down. He was on Naboo, near a lake which sat near a estate.

He stepped out of the speeder and put his gloves on.

"Hmm seems as if this speeder has no use to me. I guess it is time to seek aid and bother the owner of this fine estate." William planted explosives on the run down speeder and looked at the kidnapped body. the man was still squirming while tied up.

"Such a waste of tasteful meat." The cannibal said before setting off the bombs. The blood of the man that he kidnapped splattered on William's face, It was Crisply Cooked. He remembered he had to go before the authorities came. So he set off to the estate.

A Few Minutes Later...'Knock! Knock!, Knock!'

The Thénardier estate set near the lakes of Naboo was more of a summer getaway type of home than anything else. Those who used it would often do so for the sake of getting away from any businesses or the public eye for a while. And in the case of the head of the household, Lady Audrey Thénardier herself, that was exaclty the reason she was there. She needed a small vacation, for about three days, to relax from all the business and protocol of running both her compnay, the famil's affairs, and the ynderground network of criminal operations she ran as well. All of it could culminate into one large work pile that could get to you after a while.

Audrey had been here a day already by that night. She only had six guards and one of her protocl holodroids (like PROXY from force unleash) present in case of an emergency call or the like. While the night was already settling in, and a speeder was making it's way towards the estate, Lady Audrey herself was already asleep in her large room with an open view to the lake nearby. She wasn't alone, however, as a Pantoran maiden girl was currenlty sleeping with, having kept her company ealier that night.

Suddenly everyone was awoken by the sudden explosion. Audrey and her pantoran maiden sprung from bed while the guards and scambled to see what had happened. When they arrived at the scene, only two of them while the others stayed behind to guards Audrey, they'd come upon a man who was near the apparent accident.

"Are you alright, sir?" one aksed, approaching him. "Do you know what happened here?"

William looked at the two guards. He gave a devious smile before answering their questions.

​"Yes...I am definitely alright..." William told them before wiping the blood off his face then licking his gloved hand.

As William did know what happened he did not feel like telling the men 'Hey yeah I just blew up my own speeder on your property.' William smiled and walked closer.

"Well, my speeder shut down and it has appeared as if it caught fire by some stroke of bad luck. If you do not mind, it is getting quite cold out here." William said before running one of his hands through his hair.

He waited for the men to respond.

Given the fact that he'd licked blood from his face the two guards were a little suspicious of this stranger now. The one who'd spoken to him told him to wait while using his comm link to speak with Lady Thénardier personally about the situation. She was sitting in her room at the foot of her bed, overhearing all of this, while the pantoran girl listned with anxious ears as to what was happeneing.

"Bring him in." she finally said. "I'll see this form myself."

As the guards escorted the man back to the estate Audrey picked herself up and threw a robe on to cover her nightgown she currenlty had on. She told the pantoran girl, Kinari, to get herself dressed and wait to see what they would do about this stranger. Once she left Audrey told her guards to meet her and the entrance to the estate where the man was brought into the entrance hall.

Upon seeing his Audrey asked "I hope you're alright, Mr....?"

My apologies madame for waking you at such a ungodly time." William tilted his head and smiled.

He held his hand out for a handshake.

​"Sorry about the blood, I must have injured myself during the accident." Will wiped the rest of the blood off his face with his free hand.

​"Excuse my.....oddities madam," William said with a smile that showed his pearly white teeth.

He pulled his coat on tighter and smiled.

Seeing his hand Audrey reluctantly shook it while saying "Just as long as you're alright." After that she wiped her hand on her robe, more out of a sense that there may have been blood on the glove she shook, before asking "Is there any possibility I can have you taken to wherever you need to go? I have a private car that can tak you, sir. Uh...what was the name again?"

Audrey was trying to get a sense of this man. He seemed almost too calm about nealry dying in a speeder accident. Though she started to wonder if this man was at all involved with one of her rival partners, both in the legal and illegal sense. As a crime lord she made enemies, some who would try anything to gain information over her or try to have her put out of the way for their own benefit.

"Ahh yes, sorry my name is William Griffin from the Griffin house, I am dreadfully sorry but I cannot accept rides this late..It is nearly midnight, I do not want to be a bother. " He said in a soft tone.

"And you are..." William said.

The woman in front of him seemed powerful, maybe a fine diner as well, but the guards was the problem so he backed off at the idea.

Forgetting about the car offer Audrey was taken back by the name Griffin. She knew that name, and that house hold. Other lords from Naboo who'd apparently had some dark past as the Thénardiers did. This was interesting to say the least to see a member of the Griffin house here tonight.

"Griffin? William Griffin? I think I've heard that name before. You're family used to be mutual friends with mine. The Thénardiers. I'm Audrey, current head of the family. And, as luck would seem to have it, you've broken down in front of my summer esate. This is.....interesting." she said, her tone unsure if it was excitment or axiety. After that she'd said "Well, if you must then you're free to spend the night. There's a spare room avaliable for you and you'll have any help you need from the guards and servants."

The Thénardiers....A familiar name to which made William smile.

"It is a pleasure Miss Audrey, yes 'twas luck which has brought me here." William grinned

"I wouldn't want to impose madam, but since you insist." He smiled pulled his pack on.

He smiled.

"You do not mind if I do eat do you?"

With his request to eat Audrey snapped ehr fingers with a protcol droid coming to her answer, she saying "Show Mr. Griffin hear to the kitchen. Help him wtih whatever he may want." The droid bowed and lead him away to the kitchen, at which point Audrey waited until he was gone from sight and told her men "Keep an eye on him. I don't trust that he's here by coincidence."

At that two of the gurads nodded and followed [member="William Griffin"] towards the kitchen before Audrey herself returned to her room. Her lady friend in waiting had asked what had happened and Audrey only gave a breif overview of the business with Mr. Griffin. From there she slipped her robe off and crawled back into bed with the young pantorna girl, hoping to at least finish the night with a decent amount of sleep.

William smiled as they walked through the halls into the kitchen. He watched the droid follow him, He put his backpack on the counter and opened it, to the untrained eye it could have been any meat, but to any high class chef they would clearly see it was the liver of a human. He began to prep it then cook, finally putting it on a white plate. He smiled, and began to eat, he looked at the two guards

"Would you try some"

Seeing the meat the two guards denied wanting any, both out of a need to keep a professional tone while also a little unsettled by the look of it. Besdies it was never a good idea to accept food from a stranger for all they knew it could've been poisoned. The droid, however acted more properly and directed Mr. Griffin to where he would find the speices and seasoning while offering to help cook the meat; unawae of what it truly was.

Meanwile Audrey was having trouble sleeping. Something about knowing that the man was from the Griffin family had bothered her. It had something to do with the rumors about them, but she couldn't remember what they were. It had been so long since she heard the name or thought about it that it felt like an unsettling itch at the back of her mind. Even as her pantoran girlfriend slept, her arms already drapped over the young noblewoman, she was still troubled by it all.

William got back up and pulled out another slab then grabbed two knives and began scraping them together.

He smiled at the two men.

"Ahh suit yourselves....I myself love eating such a unique type of meat. I come from a long line of Chefs and doctors, my family's soul purpose is to find the best and most proper way to cook this type of meat...It is easy to find, but hard to obtain, do you know what it is?" William began slicing up the meat before having the droid put the seasoning on it.

"The meat certainly does not taste the same if it is tainted by sickness." after the droid was done he began to cook the meat and smiled.

Hearing the riddle the two guards looked to each other, confused as to what it could be. There were a lot of rare meats in the galaxy given each person's tastes and how rare some of the animals to find for them were. In fact they could argue that half of the main dishes served to Lady Audrey were among some of the more expensive given how rare they tended to be; even to where they were flonw in at times.

With not much to go on both spouted guess like "Rancor" "Ewoks" "Minok" and even "Dianoga" and "Gamorian".

William smiled and shook his head.

"Though those types of meat are exquisite and expensive that is not the answer my friends. They are abundant on a lot of the planets and most speak galactic basic, They are any other like you and me." William said pretty much giving the guards a answer.

He smiled deviously and tilted his head continuing to eat the meat while the two men fired out guesses.

He wondered how long it would take them, Oh it was fun watching them guess.
