RATIONALE
This company was wholly bought out by Lao Tzu and updated and expanded it with modern manufacturing and automation. Prior to it being bought out, it was locals call a "Moms and Pops" shop. Lao was able to "negotiate" with the local Hutt Cartel for various "Tax Breaks" in exchange for a for some of the Vehicles and access to the Subsidiary known as Prudence Financial Credit Union. This company was bought and made to not run against any of the Mandalorian Companies, but rather with them and to help supplement the Clan Akaata forces. This companies loyalty is to the Akaata clan.
