Crimson Engineering Group is a technology and engineering group that covers multiple technological sectors through its subsidiaries. Crimson Precision and Solutions were spun out into separate divisions: the former focussed on mechanical designs, cuting-edge materials research and developing newer cybersecurity protocols. Solutions retains the contracting focus of the original company, developing civil and urban solutions, especially for growing and developing worlds. Increasingly, it is focussed on environmental design to ensure sustainable development and growth of the worlds CEG serves.
Industrial Heuristics was bought out by CEG after the latter came under EH control; renamed, the once struggling company has been rejuvenated to take on contracts designing industrial plants and designing industrial parks. Several high-profile megaprojects in the economically recovering sector have provided CIH with much-needed cash flow and name recognition. It has been subject to many unfounded rumours about gigantic, underground secret projects conducted for its many industrial clients.
Puretex was a medium-sized chemical products company headquartered on Jutrand. After a period of partnership, Puretex's owner unexpectedly retired, and after a short negotiation period was acquired by CEG. Moving beyond chemical production, Puretex has now focussed on the pharmaceutical and biomedical research sector, turning out affordable and effective medicine and enhancements for its growing customer base in the region. It has recently expanded into genomics and cybernetic enhancements,
RATIONALE
Crimson Engineering began with a small engineering contractor company founded by Anthysius himself, long before he inherited control of Elevar Holdings. Beginning from a humble engineering services company, underhand deals, seed funding from EH and several profitable research breakthroughs allowed the company to expand exponentially and diversify, eventually being folded under Elevar Holdings control once Anthysius gained control of the latter.
