Creating a new path

The information acquired by the mercenary he had hired, well the bounty hunter on it's own was not going to be enough. There was so much more that Warren needed to learn. The Force was a mystery and one that he didn't entirely comprehend. While he wouldn't pledge himself to the Jedi, Sith, Silver Sanctum or any other faction because he valued his own life, Warren did know when it was time to call in someone who could potentially know more than he did. He also knew when it was time to spend his credits in order to have such a someone broaden his skill set. Lightsabers alone were a skill he was determined to master. Since there was so few materials or supplies that could defend against such a weapon, and those materials/supplies were not readily accessible, Warren knew he had to learn. This was why he had put an ad out on the Holonet. Neutral Knight level Force User seeks person to help him become master of the Force. Person must be willing to not force him to join a faction of Force Users. Upon completion of his training, the person would be paid. That was the ad he'd put out.

Liliane never trained anybody for money. She also nearly never trained anybody who wasn't either a member of the New Jedi Order, her personal Padawan, or both. But this time, due to different circumstances and coincidences, she found herself in the position where she had to teach somebody whom she wouldn't have really wanted to.

It was an important mission she had been given, so she couldn't just wiggle her way out of this.

But if she could make the trainee at least understand that the Darkness in the galaxy is a plague and needs to be destroyed, she would be very happy with the whole training.

So she wrote a reply to the one who had put up the advertisement.

Mr Century,

I am Master Lancaster. I noticed your advertisement in HoloNet and I was obliged to contact you about it. I would be willing to train you under the terms that I will not receive any payment for it and you promise not to align with the Sith.

Best wishes,
Liliane Lancaster

Upon waking up that morning, Warren noticed that he had a message from a [member="Liliane Lancaster"] that amounted to she would train him for tree if he didn't join any of the various Sith Factions. Given he was a neutral as far as the force went, and had no intention of joining any of the "cults" of the force, Warren could readily agree to such terms.

Master Lancaster, This is Warren Century. I've decided to take you up on your offer. Due to my stance of neutrality when it comes to the force, I couldn't see myself affiliating with any of the factions at all. As a matter of fact, I'd not even consider joining the Sith or the Jedi. As per your terms, I will put such a thing in writing though, making it legally binding if you wish. Where should we meet?

Hoping to reach Master levels in both Lightsaber Combat and the Force
