SPECIAL FEATURES
  • This Virus is essentially a blank state AI that is made to infiltrate computer systems on any network it becomes connected and takes direct control of any sub-routines it becomes in control of, but not limited to: Engine Rooms, Starship Battlestations, Communications Systems, Battle Formation Centers, ect. It then proceeds to cause havoc by generally disrupting all forms of the enemy at once, some firing against their own allies with weaponry, others trying to ram their starship into the other, there is a massive array of things that can be done, even if taking over an installation and forcing a shield system to go online when a missile is launched to destroy said installation from the inside.
  • Once it is finished, either being successful or starting to become defeated, the code within itself starts to erase and dies off quickly to remove most, if not all virtual traces of the virus in case one wishes to examine what had occurred. It would take some time to determine where the virus originated from.
  • There is a possibility that if a virus does become successful, it can be extracted and reused again with some of the knowledge retained previously. If done enough times, the AI will become into a distinct personality and start to create a profile of itself to become a much better hacker with some semblance of the Hafey Line strangely enough. (This Requires a New Submission to Use, No Exceptions but can use this as a template for the AI)
  • Personalities Range on use from simple cowboy figures of the past to instant classics that seem rather unusual for its time. However some personalities strangely turn into versions of Moffs and other figures the longer they stay in a sub-routine, making them completely unpredictable behavior.
STRENGTHS
  • All The Toys to Play With!: It has a vast extensive knowledge of sub-routines and system mess arounds to take over various stations in and throughout various objects. It can take over stations such as Weapons, Engines, Command, Communications, Propulsion, Life Support, ect.
  • Peace Out Cowboy: It has the ability to self-destruct rather quickly to leave virtually close, if not all of no trace of the virus remaining. The AI does it instinctly and cannot be told otherwise to ignore it unless it evolves. (Evolving Requires New Submission)
  • It Is Doing What Now?!: It is rather unpredictable and can take time to kill out of the system if manually hunting it down through another slicer.
WEAKNESSES
  • Virus Protection, What is That?: It is designed to hopefully bypass around Virus Protection but in most cases, it can be defeated rather easily as a blank state while manual hackers have issues. Other AIs also seem to have a lot better understanding and can kill it off rather easily.
  • YEE HAAA!!!: It can expose itself as a very loud and obnoxious program around computer systems, sometimes shouting out random old holo-show catchphrases, indicating a Cowboy Bucker AI Virus is now infested into the computer system.
  • Jack In, Port Only!: It has to be interfaced directly with the object in question they wish to control such as vehicles, starships, facilities, ect. For larger objects, it only takes over certain sub-sections over time based on the station they have involved and proceeds to spread the longer it is left unchecked.
  • AI vs AI: If not made obvious, other AIs can easily trounce this virus easily due to it being so new, making it laughable if caught as it gets squashed rather easily. Adding on top of it, it cannot corrupt other AI as it is simply impossible.
DESCRIPTION
Cowboy Bucker AI Virus was a unique concept of using blank AI slates to create rather dangerous viruses that infiltrate and then take control of various sub-routines before self destructing with no trace involved. This has been done before via the Coded Eraser Virus that was developed many centuries ago and has since, been patched over to death in an effort to prevent it from ever working again. Angelus Hafey however believed there was a way to improve it after being requested from Final Dawn to make improvements on the virus that that improvement, was using the AI Code similar to the Hafey linage.

That AI Code was slotted inside and reprogrammed in various ways as it became almost a randomized generator of personalities, abilities and speed throughout various sub-routines of programming. Each one while being a blank slate, transforms the further it goes out into the a program set with abilities mimicking or being similar to Hafey coding of intelligence, mostly meaning holo-net show references popping all over and strange occurrences of things cowboys would be related to popping up all over the place. While the intelligence can be similar to the Hafeys, it is vastly toned down from the real depictions of them and as such, would not be intelligent enough to create new designs without becoming fully fleshed out over time. (Requires a New Submission)

Once the Cowboy Bucker code goes inside a computer system, it starts to spread out and corrupt all files while leaving a hidden trail that resembles a Logic Bomb that trails behind the virus code. In the event it could be captured or finishes its routines completely, it will start to erase itself over time till it becomes virtually nothing or most of nothing left of itself in the computer system it invested into. This makes it difficult to pin blame if the virus was to be discovered or if one wishes to reverse engineer it, making it extremely difficult to do so. The AI cannot fight off against it and can be wirelessly told even from afar to self destruct and it must follow through orders.

The AI Code however has a serious fault which is that it is so large, it cannot be wirelessly transmitted over without some form of protection tripping it off or possibly corrupting, thus making it impossible to do so. It has to be slotted inside physically from the main terminals inside an object of choosing wishing to be taken over. Through this, it can be fully effective and start proceeding to take over various virus sub-sections. The virus can also be retrieved the same way after the fact if wished though notes its data size increases tremendously and as such, may take more time retrieving then installing back inside. While it is possible to evolve the virus over time, it requires a lot of practice and as such, has a massive chance of failure and the program failing, making it revert back to a blank state. (Requires a New Submission if Evolved)

Once the Cowboy Bucker AI Virus was created, it was handed over to Final Dawn for a great amount of payment and hopefully, was used the correct way.
