Public COTM - October 2025 - Nominations!

Hey folks!

Apologies for the delay on the nominations, I lost track of time with some real life ongoings, but I got reminded to do this and realised how close the end of October is! Time rushing around without me even realising, terrifying!

Anyways! Been a great month of seeing some character developments and story arcs, with the annihilation happening and the masquerade ball allowing for some really cool interactions! Looking forward to seeing what November holds as well!

Rules are as following:

• Nominate a character that is not of your writing that has impressed you in the last month.
• Give the reasons why.
  • Please include thread links for others to see why you love the character so much.
• You may nominate someone that has already been nominated, they will be listed once in the voting stage and the reasons combined into one.
• This is for In Character stuff.
• During the nomination step, you must ask the winner a question for your nomination to count. Yes, that means in this thread, along with the nomination also put a question for the eventual winner, ya scamp.
• During the voting, please limit yourselves to one vote.
• Character must have been active in the last month to qualify, would be great if you would keep it to the last months exploits too.
• Characters can only win once.
• Please do not nominate Staff.

Something in Ace's chest cinched tight. A sharp, unbidden ache that cut through him so fast it almost stole his breath. He didn't know if it was jealousy, loss, or just the brutal reminder that she had chosen someone else, but whatever it was, it hit deep. The Force surged with it, raw and instinctive, flooding outward before he could stop it.

A faint tremor rippled through the nearby bar. Glasses chimed, then splintered - a crisp, crystalline sound that cut through the music for half a second before vanishing back into the noise.

This hits so much harder than it should and the soft use of expression via the Force breaking the glasses... Yeah.

It's good stuff.

Oh chit my question: What do you see Acier doing in the future? What are his goals?
