Maintaining security throughout such a large metropolis requires an all-purpose vehicle capable of navigating both its tallest heights and lowest depths. Airspeeder engines power the repulsorlifts but when it lands turbothrusters can propel the vehicle over duracrete through more primitive groundcar technology.

I am fine with High Profile, it is easy to see. But...explosives? Everything is weak to explosives! Make another weakness please.
