DESCRIPTION

The Core Worlds Charity Foundation is a humanitarian organization dedicated to providing aid to impoverished and displaced populations across the Galaxy. It operates shelters, food programs, medical facilities, refugee assistance, and reconstruction projects, funded largely by wealthy donors, corporations, and political interests seeking to support its charitable mission.

Chairman Seppi Yjivo , a Chev who escaped slavery during transport, is the Foundation's most recognizable figure and has built its reputation around his personal history and commitment to helping those who have suffered as he did.

Beneath its charitable work, the Foundation has developed a quieter purpose. Its investments place money and businesses into struggling communities, creating new markets and commercial relationships in regions where labor is cheap and regulation is weak.

Some of these ventures are deliberately directed toward intermediaries involved in the slave trade. The Foundation does not openly traffic slaves; instead, it provides the money, contacts, and legitimate businesses that allow others to acquire and move them.

The arrangement is protected by Seppi's reputation. A former slave who has spent years feeding refugees, funding hospitals, and rebuilding poor communities is not an obvious suspect in a slave operation. RATIONALE

The Core Worlds Charity Foundation was established by Seppi Yjivo after he escaped slavery and eventually accumulated enough wealth and influence to begin funding humanitarian causes. What began as a small charitable effort grew as his story attracted wealthy patrons, corporate donations, and political support. Seppi used those resources to establish permanent relief programs and offices across several important trade worlds.

As the Foundation expanded, Seppi discovered that charitable investment offered more than an opportunity to help the poor. It provided access to remote communities, local governments, businesses, and populations that were otherwise difficult for outside interests to reach. He began quietly directing some Foundation investments toward partners who could exploit these connections for profit.

The Foundation has since become a respectable humanitarian institution with a criminal network hidden beneath it. Seppi maintains the appearance of a compassionate reformer while carefully separating himself from the organizations that handle the Foundation's darker business. His past makes him an especially unlikely suspect, and he has cultivated that perception deliberately.
