- The crystals are glowing golden in all cases and are greatly permeated by the Force.
- They are always having Light alignment in the Force, and because of where they are growing it is extremely hard to bleed / corrupt them.
- The crystal helps to strengthen and consolidate the user's connection with the Force, thus making it easier for the user to use the Force (whatever the ability, the ability is easier to implement and the effect will be slightly stronger).
- It helps to keep the mind clean, it helps in meditation, concentration, which can be useful in many situations. Even in the case of Dark Side, the user is able to see things clearly, it does not turn into a raging insane person.
- The crystals have the ability to soothe the soul and body and regenerate and heal them very weakly at a minimal level. Only a little one who has such a crystal nearby or in their hand can heal twice as fast as normal. NB: So it can’t be used in combat or battle, it’s more of a long-term and slow effect.

- Protection of Ashla: The crystals grow in the middle of the Ashlan afterlife, near the centre of the Nexus in the area, so it is believed this is the reason to almost impossible to spoil or bleed these crystals due to Ashla’s cautious acumen and will; their resistance against the Dark side and Bogan's influence is legendary.
- Mercy of Ashla: The Crystals can be used for Force Imbued objects, Lightsabers/Forcesabers, Energy based weapons or shields, or even jewellery/artefacts/relics. And they can be endowed with many kinds of abilities if someone knows this and is able to do such a thing.
- Light of Ashla: The crystals are imbued with Light side, so they can only be used by Light Side Force users or near Light-side neutral users. Thus the Bogan or his followers do not gain any advantage from owning the crystal.
- Weaknesses of Ashla: The crystals have average or minimal protection against most effects. They are quite vulnerable to ordinary attacks and influences.
- Without Ashla's Gaze: The Force Nullification; the crystals are fully bound to the Force. In a place where there is no Force, these only beautiful gems, they lose all of their abilities.
- Ashla's Faint Radiance: The Force light emanating from the crystal is rather weak, it can only be used against the weakest demons, dark side creatures. Even a trained or just learning Force User will feel only mild pain.

- Light of Ashla: The crystals are imbued with Light side, so they can only be used by Light Side Force users or near Light-side neutral users. If the user or owner falls into the Dark side, they will lose the ability to use their own previous crystal and will not be affected by the crystal's abilities and effects, only the pain due to the Force Light.

These beautiful and rather unique crystals grow in the middle of the afterlife of Ashlan, under the city of Seat of Ashla and the mountains that belong to it. The crystals were only recently discovered by Children of Ashla when White Castle was built and research was conducted on the Nexus beneath the city. Here they found these beautiful crystals glowing in golden light, which were as if Ashla herself had touched them, and that would cause their light.
It was soon realised that the crystals were very permeated by the Light side of the Force and the crystals were very difficult to corrupt or bleed them by the power of the Bogan. The crystals have countless abilities thanks to the power of the Light Side nexus and with these they can help the owner or user. As with such crystals in general, Force Users have far more benefits than the average non-Force user. However, they are also affected by Force light, the slow healing, and ability which is reassuring the soul.
The abilities of the crystal are such that they are very appropriate for the knights and believers who followed Ashla. The crystal summarises everything that represents the goddess. The crystals are great for a variety of jewellery, relics, artefacts, objects, but are also great for technological devices. In technological devices, it is especially ideal for lightsabers, shields, or firearms, but it is also good to reinforce various objects with them.
Their numbers are quite limited and cannot be found anywhere else. That’s why the race keeps most of the crystals for itself and only shares them with members of the Ashlan Crusade, as they are certainly Ashla's followers and that’s why Ashla wanted them to share these crystals with them too. The crystals can be of great service to crusaders who choose to use these crystals for their lightsabers, or shields, or other items in the fight against the Bogan.
