The Directorate Needs You!: An inspiration to the average solider, Corcad never fails to motivate his men onward, never faltering in his belief in the Directorate triumphant march to restore order and peace to the galaxy.
Heavy Armor Commander: In his time serving the Imperial Restoration Army, Corcad has come to have an affinity for commanding mechanized forces. He is excellent and coordinating armor and infantry in combined arms assaults and understand how the machines under his command operate.
Front Line Officer: Corcad would never order his troops into and assault that he would not participate in himself, he has perfected the art of war and is unafraid of entering battle personally in order to command his troops and react to situations as they happen.
Humanity First!: A firm humanist, Corcad his not shy to hide his disdain for alien life and will have difficulty working with non-humans
Cowards!: In pursuit of victory, retreat is rarely an option for High Colonel Milhas. Victory will often come at heavy casualties and resources that may be more useful elsewhere will be squandered in the pursuit of a quick victory.
Career Officer: Though the Directorates goals are his own, Corcad is a firm believer that he needs to rise to truly bring order to the galaxy. This means he seeks promotion above all else and will crush anyone his way, even compromising Army operations in pursuit of personal gain or discrediting his rivals.
APPEARANCE:
Always well groomed and in uniform, Corcad always appears as the stoic, model officer that he believes all Directorate personal should hold themselves to. The right half of his torso has a few scars from his past campaigns and battles, though he is proud to have these scars.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Andelm IV to parents who were firmly loyal to the Outer Planets Alliance, Corcad was raised in the beliefs of freedom for all and brotherhood between species. Quickly though, he realized lie his parents wanted him to live and he slowly began to hold beliefs others would kill him for. All around him he saw crime, alien savagery, and disorder. These people lived in a nightmare and they called it beautiful, and Corcad refused to do the same. As he grew up, it was fairly obvious he was different from other children in that he refused to participate with any that were not human and he firmly rejected any belief in the Alliance, instead he enjoyed the study of history, of the past Empires that ruled the Outer Rim with and iron fist, bringing order and prosperity to a region plagued by injustice and crime. When he turned eighteen, his parents wished to see him become a politician and fight for ideals he hated. Instead, the young Corcad fled Alliance space to the Unknown Regions where eventually found his way to the burgeoning Directorate who promised to rebuild a powerful Empire that would bring order to the entire galaxy.
He joined the officer core and through his loyalty and his tactical ability saw him rise through the ranks to become a High Colonel and find his true home on the battlefield battling any who challenge the Directorates march to galactic dominion.
