DESCRIPTION
Constant Gardener has been Laertia's weapon of choice for years, built for a very aggressive duelist. The crystal that powers this dual vented model was forged in a molecular furnace while meditating in a Force Nexus, which gave any blade it powered very considerable durability, its lens and emitter geared to aggressive power assaults that can due damage to nervous systems if merely injuring. Though requiring more effort to swing, and while not as protected or rendered more vulnerable by certain environmental factors, the Constant Gardener is still the weapon of choice for an all out melee offense by single blade--which is Laertia's specialty.
Strengths:
Rip and Tear: as with all lightsabers, anything thats not lightsaber resistant is pretty much screwed. In addition its lens and emitter are crafted for very aggressive combat that can stun an opponent's nervous system.
Blessing of The Nexus: The crystal that powers this blade was created in a Force Nexus, which conferred increased durability and output from the lightsaber as well as altering the containment field: It can fully deflect Sonic bolts and better absorb the kinetic impact of and deflect charrics. The blade does not seem to short out or break like other synthetic blades have a chance of doing when fighting against other lightsabers, even synthetically powered ones. Lastly, it can even absorb one paddle beam attack.
Dual Vented: Energy quillions can both injure an opponent in blade lock and defend the hands during a dual.
Weaknesses:
Burnout: In addition to cortosis shorting out the blade on contact, it has no cyclical ignition pulse, so water will also short it out.
No increased breakage chance: Though it will never short out fighting another saber, it also has no chance of breaking their blades either.
Paddle beam weakness: Though it can absorb the beam, the saber will short out and be unusable for a half hour.
Cannot deflect solid projectiles: As with all lightsaber blades, it cannot deflect slugs.
