Truuine. A paradise of a world, at least according to those more fond of sailing, swimming and sunbathing. Constance would be inclined to agree but perhaps not as eagerly as some. With a father being a successful and highly regarded military man, discipline and hard work were core tenants during her upbringing. Sailing was not a leisure family activity - it was a chance to beat their old records. Swimming was not supposed to be fun either - it was an exercise.

The disciplinarian upbringing brought certain benefits as the young Mirialan would grow to become a skilled athlete with a relatively bright mind. But it also woke an independent streak in the young Constance. A strong and deep desire to break free from the shackles of her father's disciplinarian manners and to truly be free.

After a brief stint in the navy where she served on the bridges of various vessels, Constance rebelled and resigned from her position. The disciplinarian lifestyle of the military was one which she was already accustomed to from her upbringing and very much wanted to get away from as she entered into adulthood. This heavily strained her relationship with her father. Something which forced her to strike out on her own.

Having saved up enough funds to buy a cheap second-hand freighter, she started taking odd jobs as an independent contractor. Constance, harbouring within her the drive and ambition to succeed and one day prove her worth, was determined to make a success out of the path that she had now stumbled upon. Although she was making use of the tools given to her throughout her upbringing, the young Mirialan would now not work for glory, prestige of the duty to a faction. Success was, in her eyes, defined by wealth, performance and overachieving expectations.

With this, Constance begun her journey, and she had only just begun to truly reach for the stars.

A P P E A R A N C E

Maybe, she could have been a professional athlete. While Constance ended up following another path, her genetics and arduous training has yielded results in an athletic and healthy body. While her form may not be an imposing one, it certainly has the capacity to go above and beyond what is average.

Green skinned and carrying some of the cultural tattooes common among others of her species, Constance has a distinct Mirialan look. Even then, she is not a fullblooded Mirialan and her heritage can be traced to various species with a heavy splash of Morellian blood from her father.

Constance facial features are framed in her long black hair, carrying only a slight green tint. A soft smile can often be found on her lips when she is not concentrating on a task. During these times, her usually positive disposition can shift into a serious one. This is also true for her green eyes which often carries a kind spark ontop of a deeper sense of intelligence and competence.

+Naval Tradition - Constance has a deep understanding for spacetravel and is a skilled pilot.
+Healthy - It is easier for Constance to overcome physical challenges that would be challenging for many others and when she is injured she often recovers faster.
+Bright - Constance has a bright mind and solid education, giving her a good basis upon which to solve issues in non-violent ways.

-Personal Combat - Has minimal training in personal combat and have never encountered any real situations where the use of a blaster has become relevant.
-Rebellious - Constance still dislikes being subjected to the rule or philosophies practiced by her father and will have a hard time being discrete about it with a real risk of outright rebelling against it.
-Banthas - The extreme and irrational fear of banthas stemms from a traumatic childhood experience. While this is a well-kept secret, Constance will avoid seeing a real live bantha whenever possible and struggle when actually encountering one.

~Ranged Preference - Whenever encountering a situation where personal combat becomes relevant, Constance tends to avoid melee combat in favour of staying at range. This is reflected in her minimal skills in the field too.
~Honest Charisma - While she is potent in social situations and often well-liked, it is extremely rare to see Constance outright lying. Her relation with 'honour' is a special one as she both values and detests it at the same time.
~Cost-Benefit Analysis - Constance does not like to risk her life unnecessarily but when being propositioned with a dangerous idea, the answer is rarely "No" - it is rather "How much?"

E Q U I P M E N T . & . P O S S E S S I O N S

Constance enjoys travelling light and often carries little more than functional clothes, a comlink and a datapad. The blaster pistol which can often be found hanging by her belt is primarily meant as a deterrent.

Over time, Constance has accumulated a number of items, whether they be purchased, recieved as gifts or found during her adventures. These items can range from advanced medpacs to datapads to blasters or even security tunnlers. Her most valuable possession by far, however, is her freighter which represents most of her life savings.

Deep inside a hidden compartment of the freighter, a lockbox is hidden. It contains a few letters and a necklace from her father as well as an old uniform from when she served in the fleet as well as a small bottle of sand from her home island.

A B I L I T I E S

Constance is a skilled pilot and knowledgeable in a number of areas. She generally learns quickly and can thus pick up new skills or talents at a more rapid rate than most. Her athletic capacities are highly advanced but without much formal or informal training, this has not translated into any particular skills in combat.
