He was never supposed to be a warrior, but the galaxy determined otherwise. Conrad was born to simple parents. Their life was not a complicated one. They rose at dawn, went to bed when day became night, and worked during the daylight. It was the life on the farm, life of growing essential necessities that were basic to most life forms. The work was hard, laborious, but more than rewarding. That was until the Mandalorian Empire came through and ransacked the planet.
HISTORY
The war machine that was the empire toon everything dear to Conrad’s parents, including their lives. A deep anger settled in the young child, and as many orphaned during the conquest of worlds by the Mandalorian Empire, the young farmhand turned his sickle toward people rather than plants. It would become an instrument of death rather than harvest.
He grew up under their control, and was there the day the CIS liberated them. It had been a costly battle on all sides. The cowardice of the occupying force to hide behind the sick and infirm was a new low, even for them. Had it not been for the Silver Jedi Order which followed the conflict to bring much needed aid and relief, Conrad may have let the hatred fester into something dangerous.
His sensitivity was determined late in life. As a resistance fighter Conrad had been safe from their testing, but the Jedi were quick to feel the darkness his anger had built within him. They would teach him a new way, a better way, but would fall into disarray themselves. Eventually the order would dry up leaving Conrad to walk a lonely path.
A Knight with no Master, Conrad traveled the galaxy, righting the wrongs he could manage to mend. It was not enough, and with the Sith rising to power once more, the simple farmer turned warrior knew the time to join the Jedi was upon him again. This time his convictions took him to Coruscant where he would join the New Jedi Order. He would add his lightsaber to their cause and see that peace ruled where the drum of war threatened to beat once more.
