Special Features: The Cortosis plates will help add extra protection from lightsaber blades, which Connor expects to face, as well as blaster fire. While not making him invincible to any attack, this will protect him more than what he currently uses – nothing. A cowl will be able to fix onto the shoulders.
Description: This body armor is to be crafted by Connor being inspired by what the Antarian Rangers used to use serving the Order of the Silver Jedi for their troops. Connor Harrison is waging a one-man crusade against the Dark Side and has come up against a number of Sith Lords who have all managed to wound him both physically and mentally. After the events of the Netherworld he now feels it is time to take his role seriously as a Master and powerful Force warrior and protect himself more in battle, as he starts to make choices that will change his life forever.
Connor will wear a basic thermasuit to keep his body temperature regulated. The first layer of the armor is armorweave. The second layer is duraplast. This will help protect him against blades and blaster fire (from a distance), and reinforced joints will allow maximum flexibility and mobility. Cortosis plates would then be fitted over the chest, abdomen and shoulders for greater protection against lightsaber blades when in a duel.
Duraplast gauntlets are fixed onto the forearms which will be used to block stabbing weapons and also provide a last-minute chance to grip terrain, something he could have used on his expedition on Rhen Var.
The armor has weak points where the duraplast is not fitted, so mobility comes at a price. His sides, underarms and calves are the main places exposed. Also, the suit comes up to his neck, and because of this he can’t turn his head totally to the side. He will have to turn his body to compensate this to survey his surroundings.
