- Web Gear: The traditional web gear of older models is still built in, but "A LOT smaller", shoulder mounts for Force Blinding Flashbangs, Utility belt with pouches, containing a spool of high tension wire, one grappling hook, ration packs, space for tech, and other items. This is not as big as his previous gearset, but it is meant for quicker, more silent movement.
- Built Sheathes: Connel's Shortsabers (Night and Day) and Lightblaster have their own holster and latch to clasp to Connel's chest easing his movement when speed and stealth are necessary.This component also makes ease of his use of the Throwing Lightknives
- Brass Knuckles: "Not Very Jedi-Like", these Weapons are equipped with the armor(on each gauntlet) as well and are detachable at any time.
- Force Affinity: Altered with force-infused materials that imbue the Jedi wearing them a standard slew of protections and capabilities. The ability to better resist the dark side influence, ease the access to learn skills that have been practiced and feel generally more energized and lively.
- Force Resistance: Not pure resistance to the force but its influences specifically the Darkside.
- Force Enlightenment: A general enhancement of the specific Jedi's talents in the light side of the force. They don't know everything but using their own abilities is easier, sharper focus.
- Revitalize: A more robust feeling mentally and physically aids in calming the mind and body to focus.
- Insight: With the mask on and up the mental capabilities of the Jedi to observe and feel their surroundings is greatly enhanced.
- Precognition: The hood when worn and focused on improving the precognitive capabilities of the Jedi wearing it.
- LIGHTSABER RESISTANCE: Much of the armor's particular armor plate alloy is made out of turadium and a phrik lining, known for its resistance to lightsabers, especially without much force put behind such blows.
- LIGHTER/SLEEKER... AND... "NO CAPES...ER PLATES"!: His previous set of armor/gear was designed more with a Guardian, even a Special Forces Operator intended. This is more with CONNEL in mind.
- REQUIRES CONNECTION TO THE FORCE: For the synth weave effects to function within it the material needs to be able to feel the force energies around it. Vong tech, yalisimiri, voidstone, and dampening fields are all counter to what the material can handle. Effectively a Force Nullification.
- FORCE NULLIFICATION: Any efforts to the contrary will not make this piece immune to Nullification. Anyone using the skill will basically make the Vambrace a thick fancy glove.
Time alters warriors as surely as battle does. The evolution of Connel Vanagor's armor reflects this truth. His former Resolute configuration, forged in the aftermath of Coruscant, prioritized endurance and impact tolerance. It was armor built to withstand overwhelming force, to absorb punishment, and to stand immovable when others could not. That configuration proved invaluable through years of conflict. However, the engagement on Moorja exposed a limitation not of resilience, but of tempo. The battlefield demanded velocity, compression of movement, and precision within confined vertical and interior environments. External plating and expanded kit mass, though protective, introduced marginal delay during rapid transitions. On Moorja, survivability alone was insufficient. Reaction speed determined outcome.
The Ariel Body Glove Variant represents doctrinal refinement rather than reduction. Integrated molecularly bonded Songsteel-woven alloy layered within Sichouweave replaces external bulk, preserving high resistance while drastically increasing mobility efficiency. Equipment has been streamlined to mission-critical tools only. Dual shortsabers Night and Day are mounted over the heart, symbolizing the unified discipline of Light and Shadow. Dawn's Light is reserved for formal Jedi operations outside Shadow configuration. The compact lightcarbine and lightblaster provide modern battlefield necessity without overextension of silhouette. Flash charges and utility components are reduced and repositioned for speed and silence. No back-mounted arsenal. No excess weight. Following Moorja, Knight Vanagor did not reinforce his armor. He refined it. Protection remains high. Engagement efficiency has increased. The configuration reflects a deliberate transition from endurance-forward posture to precision-forward inevitability.
