L O S T
Mysa began to attempt opening the hangar when from behind came the sound of blaster fire. She swiveled to see only too late that the Valkyri had gone down with the rest. Inhaling through her nose, she did her best to remain calm... But it wasn't easy.
The young girl may have been classed as a Jedi, but for the past seven years of her life she had lived quietly on Midvinter alongside her family - not on Voss. She had been taught the Valkyri way, not the Jedi way. And while the latter was something she would be expected to change now that she was old enough to truly begin training, right now her loyalty to the High King and the people of Midvinter won out.
She may have had a lightsaber and a lightsided presence, but she was not a true Jedi. Not yet.
"You killed him? He was not yours to kill. His fate was for the High King to decide."
But it was over, done with. If there were any more Valkyri involved then hopefully the old man would make sure they were detained and not slaughtered needlessly. Helm give her strength... She really did hope there were no more Valkyri involved.
Stepping over to the downed body of the large Valkyri, young Snowstrider took a moment to kneel in the dirt and mutter a quiet prayer of passing. The Gods were ever present, even on strange worlds such as these. They would hear.
Finally, together, they approached the hangar.
"I wouldn't kill them, that's not the person I strive to be." She was a healer at heart, not a fighter. Death was so final. "I apologize for my actions back there, Master Jedi, but that man had turned his back on all his people deemed sacred, he had gone against his King and his Gods. I could not let that go unnoticed."
