Command Structure

Being a collection of Vagrants, ne'r do Goods and other thorny and downtrodden folk, Command is a loose term with the fleet. There is a council of Captains that oversees most matters, weighing in their opinions of where, the what, the when and the how.
Ultimately it falls to a single Twi'lek as head of the Council to make the final call. Everyone else trusts her for the most part, and follows her words to the T. So far its been a working running relationship that hasn't failed them.

Shadrya

The Head Honcho of the Fleet, Sahdrya has certain knack for aggressive diplomacy with her twin blasters. Growing up as a part of a crime syndicate she has a keen grasp on the flow of the underworld, and specializes in underhanded dealings and acquisitions for the fleet.
Not to say she is the main and only contributor as her companions strengths compliment hers nicely. Not everyone can live in the muck and the mire of the Criminal Element. She keeps them shielded from the dumb stuff, acting as the middleman.

Freeta

A Feisty little Rodian, Freeta was a former Naval Officer turned Pirate. After a few years of raiding his crew turned on him, forcing him to settle into Mercenary work. He and his small band of Rodian Militia signed on with the Fleet after the fall of the Alliance and his subsequent loss of work. A shrewd and cunning warrior, he handles most of the Military matters in the fleet when it comes to Militia and Ops.

Tarson Ordo is a completely and utterly disenfranchised Naval Officer. Having served under several Governments, only to watch them fall into ruin, he took his chances and finally played the desertion card. Though he may be wanted or he may not, he keeps a firm head on his shoulders. Most of his time is spent handling the Logistical Elements of keeping their very small flotilla sailing.
