- Combat Function: While having somewhat decent skills in hand-to-hand combat and blaster combat, Rackham is always focused on one major thing: the safety of his superior, Marlon Sualren. In situation where Sularen's life has come under threat, Rackham will always seek to lead the Grand Overseer to safety while providing coverfire often putting his life at risk in order to ensure his superior's survival. When acting independently of Sularen and finding himself in similar situations, Rackham will always make use of any nearby Final Dawn Forces to back him up or in the case he finds himself unable to do so, will prefer to retreat and regroup instead of remain in battles that he'll most likely not win.

Under the alias of "TBD" he has been able to coordinate various Final Dawn Proxy Movements transforming them from disorganized bands of bandits into a deadly professional force to be reckoned on the Battlefield.

Charismatic Negotiator | In addition to his skills in Espionage and Military affairs, Colonel Rackham is also a seasoned diplomat. Unlike most Final Dawn Operatives, Colonel Rackham is a practitioner of realpolitik engaging in diplomacy and negotiations with foes with the Final Dawn when necessary and often seeking compromise between both parties in order to statisfy the Final Dawn's goals while also preserving the enemy's interests as to allow the Final Dawn to divert resources to other fronts without being concerned about certain parties.

Confident Knight | While being a skilled analyst/tactician, Colonel Rackham is no fighter. while possessing some limited skills in marksmanship, the Colonel will usually avoid direct confrontations with foes and often relies on his fellow soldiers to get the job done with hostile forces. When cornered however, he will stand his ground and fight to the best of his ability although once more his priorities will lay on saving himself rather then actually beating his foe.

Indulgent Wastrel | Colonel Rackham is no civilian administrator or bureaucrat preferring to operate largely on the field and by the side of his superior Marlon Sularen gathering data and intel for the Grand Overseer and carrying out his orders. As such he is rarely involved in the Bureaucratic affairs of the Final Dawn with little experience in that field.
Born on O'reen , Rackham is a Near-Human O'reenian born to a High-Ranking O'reenian Military Official and a O'reenian Scientist. Following the footsteps of his father , Rackham quickly joined the ranks of the O'reenian Military at the age of 17 partaking in numerous raids conducted by the O'reenians and rising up through the ranks with the assistance of his Father. A few years after gaining citizenship on O'reen at the age of 27, Colonel Rackham captured a group of exiled Corellian and OSI [One Sith Intelligence] officers which included a young Marlon Sularen. Eventually the group was permitted to stay on O'reen under the close supervision of Rackham and the O'reenian Militia. Throughout their stay on O'reen, both Marlon Sularen and Rackham came to respect each other, and Rackham would be instrumental in providing Sularen and his group of exiles the means to make a bid to conquer Corellia. When Sularen and the newly formed Directorate left O'reen, both he and Rackham would remain in contact.
When Sularen's bid to conquer Corellia had failed in the wake of the Kuati Crisis between the Grayson Imperium and the High Republic, and the Directorate was forced out of the Core Worlds, the ruling Magnus of O'reen immediately cut all ties with Sularen and his movement conducting a purge of all O'reenian Military Commanders who held ties with the Corellian. Eventually this forced Rackham and a cadre of O'reenian Officers, Scientists and Intelligence Operatives to flee from O'reen where they would join up with Sularen's Directorate at Jakku where they would pledge themselves to Sularen and his Directorate. In returned, Sularen offered Rackham the title of Magnus of O'reen as he revealed his plans to invade O'reen with the Directorate and set up shop there to begin planning a future campaign against the ever-growing Galactic Alliance. However these plans would never come into motion as Sularen was betrayed by a cabal of Officers and Corporate Officials led by the Sith Lord known as Credius Nargath.
Even with the betrayal of Credius Nargath, Rackham and his fellow O'reenians remained loyal to Sularen and would soon follow him in his brief stunt in the New Imperial Armada and then to the Deep Core World of Byss where Sularen would setup is own personal fiefdom over the Beshqek System. Eventually Rackham would become part of the Politorate, a Secretive Intelligence Agency formed by the then Lord-Imperator Marlon Sularen shortly upon seizing control on Byss as a precaution against any further betrayals. However Sularen was once more forced out of his throneworld and once again, Rackham followed him into exile in the Unknown Regions joining the Final Dawn and by extension the Brotherhood of the Maw setting foot on his homeworld of O'reen for the first time in decades once the Final Dawn took over the Fortress World.
Now Colonel Rackham serves as Sularen's personal assistant and as an intelligence officer within the Politorate, overseeing various intelligence operations of the Politorate and assisting the Grand Overseer in his many tasks including the management of vital assets of the Final Dawn and spreading it's influence across the Galaxy in order to bring forth a "Pure" Order across the Galaxy once and for all.
