SKIN: Pale White. Has Scars That Cover His Neck Region, Upper Torso, Both Arms And Hands, Both Side Of His Face, and A Scar Above His Right Eye
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES

+ "Why Must You Lie?": Through years of reading the body language and facial expressions of others, he developed a 'six sense' of understanding when one is telling him the truth or simply fabricating a story to either appease him or save their meaningless lives.

+ "Pain Is My Lover": Through hardship and trials of the flesh, he discovered that he now holds a strong threshold for pain. Torture and other means to exact information from him by his enemies only seem to enthrall him in greats waves of pleasure. Recently he has uncovered how to use his pain to fuel his own Force energy.

+ "Broke? Move Out Of My Way!": Though a student of the Force, he found a sort of balance in his life by working on and repairing mechanical devices such as droids, ships, weapons, and computers.

+ "I'm Just Like The Gods!": Besides his knack for tinkering with mechanical devices, he also finds a sick and twisted pleasure in creating objects that can be utilized to inflict great pain on his foes.

+ "Better Than You? Of Course I Am.": Simply stated, he possess a god-like status in his mind. He knows he is superior to others and at times, will refuse to mingle with the less fortunate.

- "That's Mine!": He is a greedy individual. What he sets his eyes upon translates into his property. He will go to great lengths to achieve what he believes is his. And as a side effect, he will fight to the death to preserve his belongings.

- "The Air Is Getting Thin!": Due to an unforeseen accident in his adventures, he is forced to wear his mask (equipped with an air filtration system) to help him achieve enough breathable air to sustain his life. He can remove his mask but only in short bursts. Because of his mask, his voice has an eerie mechanical edge to it.

- "At Arms Length If You Will?": Between his god-like perception and his greedy nature, he usually pushes people away from him. He speaks with a serrated-knife tongue that has been known to rip into people's ideas of what sort of character he is. In short, he is not a likable individual.

- "Headstrong? I Call It Seeing It To The End.": When he gets an idea or thought in his mind, he must see it to the conclusion. This is his greatest weakness due in part that when such an idea/thought occurs, he can't shake it free from his mind forcing him to become obsessed with reading the last line of the book.

APPEARANCE:

Traditionally, he wears a black-hooded robe made of spidersilk that engulfs his entire body. His hands are covered by black leather based gloves and his feet protected by black and red knee high boots. The only thing not traditional about his clothes is the mask (see image at the top) that covers his face.

The mask's use, explained in the weakness 'Air Getting Thin', is not for vanity or lack there of purposes. His face and throat are scarred from an accident do to chemicals that has also affected his larynx and lungs. He is ashamed by his current appearance and elects to wear the mask at all times, though there are brief instances where he removes it.

Around his waist is a red belt made of human and alien hair, which he uses to attach his lightsaber to.

The Story So Far (Bio):

The boy that would one day grow up and strive to bring the Force to a well deserved death was born to Ulic and Hamly Torcularis on the planet of of Coruscant, which was being held under the veil of promises and dreams of greater things to be by the One Sith. His Father, Ulic, a Count in the shaky Epicanthix hierarchy and sole proprietor of a ship building company who profited off the One Sith's 'dominating the galaxy' agenda was a sour man. Despite being the donator of his genes to his son, and only child legally, wanted nothing to do with with Clovis. To his Father, having a child meant two things. The first was being a Father which meant he would have to spend time raising a son rather than profits. The other, he viewed his son, even as an infant, as a potential threat to his company. If not for his Mother, Clovis' Father would have killed him on the day of his birth.

Unlike his Father, Clovis' Mother, Hamly, adored her child. She spent countless hours with him trying her best to discard the genes his Father had bred into him whilst trying to properly teach him the benefits of knowing right from wrong, good from evil. Though she was married to a well-respected Count, she herself held no fancy title and despite the protests from Clovis' Father, she encouraged Clovis to behave like the Baron he was. However, both his parents and those that associated themselves with his family knew that he was different. Different in the sense that the Force had began to manifest itself early on in young Clovis' life. His Father despised this awakening and his Mother feared for the life of her son. Living on Coruscant, the threat of the Sith discovering the transformation of their son loomed over her head daily, and if they fled the planet, Mother and Son, the threat of the Jedi seemed to hold no positive alternative.

Two weeks after Clovis' tenth birthday, his Mother was stricken with an illness that led to her early departure a few weeks later. Without the protection of his Mother to watch over him, he was at the 'mercy' of his Father. Ulic made many attempts to discard his son, even trying to get him to enroll in some expedition to some icy and frozen planet when he was just twelve. Luckily for Clovis, the head of the expedition managed to talk Clovis' Father out of such an horrific idea. So for the time being, Clovis remained a thorn in his Father's delusion mind.

After several arguments and physical blows between Father and Son in the following years, Clovis joined an expedition to Mustafar at the age of fifteen. He was not prepared to handle such an expedition but staying with his Father and being oppressed by his Father's lack of nurturing held no better standing in life. Plus, his abilities in the Force had begun to develop which was catching the eyes of the Sith Overlords upon Coruscant. He held no love or hate for the Sith, he just wanted to be left alone, so in joining the expedition gave him such an opportunity.

Along the way, he began to learn from a few mechanics on how to repair mechanical devices and objects, something he took to rather religiously. It was by working alongside them that his greedy nature, a gift from his Father no doubt, began to weave itself into his life, which led to a few skirmishes; most of which he lost, unless he used the Force to assist him. Even then, the results where more tragic than successful.

Mustafar (The First Steps):

Clovis was unsure what the expedition hoped to achieve, other than sweating pounds away. Outside of lava, fire-rocks, and the left-overs from a war that took place hundreds of years before his time; nothing on Mustafar seemed to hold any real value. Still, walking on the surface of this planet was far better than being in the cross-hairs of his Father. Having turned sixteen during the trip to the planet, Clovis began to think of himself as a man rather than a teenager filled with angst running from a mentally abusive Father. On the scales of life, this was the best choice he had made for himself; or so he thought until the accident.

Two years into the expedition, Clovis had witnessed a few deaths from over zealous scavengers and merchants. Clovis had been very careful in the two years, never taking a chance unless of course the idea or thought that seemed to rewire his thinking process took over. And it was during his last trip into one of the caves that led to his complete transformation, turning him into the monster he would become.

Clovis, along with four others, had just secured a set-up in one of the caves when chaos ensued. The shifting of the planets plates, along with a thunderous roar and eruption from deep within the cave, the cave became the tomb for four out of the five spelunkers. With both legs broken and a handful of bodily injuries, Clovis found himself at the mercy of both dangerous fumes and fiery rivers of death. The first thing to go was his throat, followed by his lungs. Slowly he was being strangled to death by the fumes he was forced to inhale, while all the time the hand of death crept toward him in the form of a lava filled river. If that was not enough to discourage and hope for survival, one of the dead had brought along a pack filled with some sort of chemical compound. With the heat intensifying in the cave, the contents of the pack exploded, spraying chemical fluids across his face and throat, with some smart enough to find the opening caused by his mouth when he screamed out in pain; forcing his body to involuntarily swallow some. His mind and body dealt with the pain in the same manner, they shut down sending Clovis into darkness.

Salvation (Risen From The Ashes)

Months had passed when Clovis' eyes finally snapped open, feeling the tendrils of plastic forced down his throat. Unable to scream, he tried desperately to claw at the invading tubes only to discover that he was restrained. Once the pain in his head began to subside from the shock of bright lights his eyes had betrayed upon him, and the eventual understanding he was at the mercy of someone or something, he drifted back into a state of helplessness once again.

However, his awakening had not gone unnoticed and soon he was visited by medical droids and a human-like doctor. The doctor explained to him the nature of his injuries, politely telling him how much damage his lungs, face, and throat had endured before he was rescued by members of the First Order. Clovis had never heard of this First Order and wondered what sort of agenda they possessed, but deep in his mind he was resentful that they had rescued him only to grant him a life of misery. That misery, faithfully, was short-lived.

When he was cleared by the doctor, he began to learn more abut this First Order, and soon was admitted into the ranks of the Knights of Ren as a Disciple of the Beyond. Here, under their strict training, he began to forge himself a new identity. He yearned for the day when he could shed his birth name for something that suited him best. It was here, with the aid of the doctor, that he constructed his first mask, but it would not be the last one he adorned to hide the creature's face.
