Cloning Question

I am trying to reboot my main character, and figured cloniing might be the answer. Plan would be use one my own eggs, and have devlop at an artifical rate in thread, not preprogrammed or anything. When it was of ripe for the taking transfer my essence to it, and it`s into mine, then dispose of it.

My question is their anyway around the decay it would have because of the cloning transfer of essence, or any better methods to do this.

Yeah i know reboot a char can be bit trick just did it with this char but its possible. Well depends if your going go with the genetic kamino cloaning you can have the clone grown naturally minus the growth hormones or processing sort like what they did to boba fett. Takes a while but you could use the time help flesh out or get feel for the new rebooted self. Or you could do midiclorine or cell level which is what i went with. Bit more tricky but be bit faster growth rate for me. Sort use the midiclorine to sort speed things up though sort put it in there that draw back is ron lost just about all his personality memory minus or only keeping the basic life functions. Then just make a story of it later to regain some or almost all the personality memory later. Or you could weave it in as part of a meet with a master force user and have them do an essence transfer plotline. Though its not a gurantee i recon both will survive as you gonna maybe need a way to keep the old body in some sort stasis. Which will decay it to point of possible death once the essence transfer is done.

But then again these are just suggestion...... Be up to you how you want go about it.

[member="Ronin Wendigo"] it could be if I did one part of it in past, just want to make sure I not going to get pulled on it later for missing something.

Genetic splicing could work, as made by the clone commandos to grow at double speed. Then you could make a character arc finding a way to revert back to normal aging.

I think Ronin gave a pretty good answer though. Having to find yourself over time is a pretty good and cool thing.
