Cletus has had his memory banks corrupted so he thinks he was once a famous country western singer. He believes he made a fortune on the singing circuit but cannot remember which bank he stored all his money in. In order to find his money he robs different banks, searching for his long overdue treasure. He also believes he wrote most of the famous country hits and someone is stealing his work. He cannot remember what the "T" stand for so it changes day to day as his circuits fry.
