Bond has used a system of mnemonics, where he can store Thousands of pieces of information of any kind to or filed away memory, available for immediate recall, in his memory of the computer. Most information was related to work, so best were not committed to writing in any case.</C>

He proved perfectly capable of handling machine guns, sub-machine guns and sniper rifles, as has however preferably 9mm pistols. Bond could handle handguns with unique ability, using both in the physical attacks and shots, he often quickly disarms his enemies, and use an enemy's weapon while using his body as a human shield. His accuracy was unmatched with weapons, he always fatal shooting in locations such as organs and head, even when their targets are moving and attacking. Their responsiveness is formidable, he could draw his weapon with incredible speed and hitting targets simultaneously. Bond also the ability to switch between weapons with great speed, how to adapt to different places, varying its position, lying down, taking cover even able to strike a killing blow on a target while blindfolded.</C>
<C>Skill With Blades:
He is a great expert in combat with knives and blades varied. Bond is adept at psychological warfare. He has superb emotional control and is capable of remaining calm in the most difficult situations, including interrogations and hostage situations.</C>
<C>BIOGRAPHY:
Much of Vincent's early years are wiped from records. The trail picks up at age 8 on Nar Shaddaa. The boy did not reveal his name and still it is a mystery. Many stories begin with a poor child pick pocketing and being discovered, but that is far from this boy's story. He was actually the youngest assassin of Nar Shaddaa. He was the least likely assassin due to his age and appearance. He could sneak in unobserved and unnoticed and take out targets and was known by his alias Vincent Bond.
In the early days, the First Order was taking out enemies, but they could not risk being attached to the assassinations. They had a few targets on Nar Shaddaa and Vincent Bond was the ideal assassin. At this point only the dead knew who Vincent was so most assumed he was an adult. Vincent took the job and without flaw the targets were eliminated. Vincent could collect his own money since no one expected a child.
When it came time to collect the money Vincent arrived at the meeting with the First Order's Cypher Agent. He came as under the name of Tony, Vincent's fingerman. The First Order learned of Bond's underground HQ and planned to kill him and eliminate possible connection. They drew guns on the young boy, but were the Cypher Agent found his bodyguards all had bullets between their eyes and the young boy holding the smoking gun. The Cypher Agent deciphered that the boy was the real Vincent Bond. He offered Bond a permanent place in the Imperial Agents which provided the boy with a better life than Nar Shaddaa and much better pay.
Vincent joined the First Order and went through their training Academy. After 12 years in the Academy, Vincent graduated with more than flying colors, but with record scores. He spent the next 7 years as a Field Agent making a bigger name for himself.</C>
