CLAN HARAN'JAI
Chieftain:

Origins:
In the oral history of our clan, it is said that were once sons and daughters of another clan, ones who deemed us too primal. From these broken links were forged a new clan. Our first chieftain proclaimed before the manda that "the screams of my enemies shall echo in the halls of oblivion". From this, our clan was named for this vow. Haran'jai, the "shriek of oblivion" or the "hell-scream".
Territory:
We claim land upon the planet Zanbar in the Mandalore sector as our homeland.
Beliefs:
As with all Mandalorian clans, we hold tight to the Resol'nare and its tenets. In addition, we also give veneration to the predators and beasts around us, often carrying a totemic idol of a beast whose attributes we wish to embody. In particular, this is true of the kad'uliik, the native sabercat of Zanbar whom we have formed a bond with. It is tradition for a Haran'jai to complete his or her verd'goten by travelling alone into Zanbar's wilds and taming one of the cats, or not return.
We also hold a strict belief concerning weakness and cowardice. Any who exhibit these traits will not be tolerated, and will be exiled or killed. Children are exempt from this, as they can be taught. But if you are cowardly or weak after completing your verd'goten, you are dishonored among the clan. Force-Users are barely tolerated, as Jetii sorcery is considered a crutch.
Armor:
While we hold true to beskar'gam styles of modern Mandalorians, it is very common to see a Haran'jai adorning their armor with the bones, fur, and teeth of beasts.
Weaponry:
While Haran'jai train in many type of weaponry, there seems to be some preference of melee weaponry over ranged.
Alignment:
As Mandalore is in a Civil War, this should be spoken of. Haran'jai only follow strong, capable leaders, who embody our ideals. At this moment, we back the faction of [member="Ra Vizsla"].
