Mosaic of the now-ruined Trayus Academy entrance, on large block of obsidian one hundred meters from the door

Name: Circe's "Abandoned" Laboratory

Intent: To provide Circe with an official claim to the ruins of the Trayus Academy ruins.

Classification: Laboratory

Location: Five kilometers north-northwest of what appears to be a crude landing pad. The academy ruins, due to the recreation of the planet, are now perched near what appears to be a flimsy plateau, but which has been heavily structurally reinforced.

Affiliation: Circe Savan

Description: Circe's conversion of the Trayus ruins to a functional laboratory took a significant amount of time and credits. The result, however, was that the Trayus Academy would prove to still be stable enough for refurbishment.

The main academy room has found itself relatively the same way it was previously, though crumbled columns and statues still remain, forming a snake-like path to the Crescent and the Proving Grounds. It, along with the rest of the academy, is lit with torches that give off a strange purplish-red light. This may be due to the Dark Side being some part of its seemingly eternal flame, or it may be due to chemicals in the torches themselves.

The Trayus Crescent has been completely refurbished, with an old mosaic of Sith apprentices lining the electrum-gilded walls. The walls themselves have an unusual pattern - projections, about the size of a food refrigeration unit, ungilded with the power of life resonating behind them. These are cleverly hidden stasis pods, storing 499 Vinithi bodies that can quickly be wheeled to the main laboratory if need be. They are layered in two levels for maximum storage, upper level pods being lowered down if need be for access. A room on the way to the Trayus Core was blocked off and renovated for use as a private bedroom and bathroom, marked by the arrow on the left side of the map(the entrance to the bed and bath is cleverly concealed behind a specially alchemized door system requiring the use of a specific Dark Side ability to access). The pathway leads ultimately to the Trayus Core Entrance.

The Trayus Proving Grounds were previously trashed, and are the most remodeled part of the structure. The wall located directly north of the western entrance was knocked down, and an alchemized door was placed at the east entrance leading to the proving grounds on the way down the hallway. The southern entrance was sealed with duracrete. The proving grounds themselves were completely cleared of all rubble and turned into a full-scale laboratory. Skeletons coated in adamithium, tubs of a sinister looking biological agent, and carbonite-frozen technobeasts can be found here, along with samples of the technobeast virus. There is a small half-bathroom where the workbench was previously located. A small niche in the wall to the right contains a room for surgery, though there are tractor cuffs located there as well, and the remains of dried plant fluid at one end of the table.

At the Trayus Core Entrance, the walls between the pairs of rooms leading to the core entrance itself, where Darth Sion met his end at the hands of Meetra Surik, have been removed and renovated to create guest bed and bathrooms. The room itself serves little purpose, though a quartet of Mirari bodyguard droids armed with Massassi ink rifles and Verpine shatterguns consistently patrol the room. It, like the other rooms, has been cleaned up, with the mosaic continuing into the room and down the long hall leading to the Trayus core.

The hallway in question features a unique trap - should someone Circe senses as a hostile attempts to enter the core, two doors will drop, sealing off the individual. Each door will fire a massive, fine-mesh razor net at the intruder that run along the wall, meeting at the middle and slicing an enemy before opening up on them with repeating blaster cannons. These doors are durasteel, however, and can potentially be cut through.

The Trayus Core itself is located out in the open, with only a particle shield preventing it from exposure to rain or the other elements. The jagged, tooth-like formations have long since crumbled or worn away, and the room is used for personal meditation by Circe herself. A robe and lightsabers believed to have been worn by Darth Traya are located in a transparisteel case at the back of the Core. There is a small platform at the very center of the Core, seemingly floating in a small pond of Sith Poison and accessible by a bridge that is located just below the pool's surface. The Core has two emergency exits - both were hewn into the rock as the original emergency exits were dead ends(they were filled in with duracrete). If need be, a staircase leads up from the Core's northeast exit past the particle shield, in the event that both emergency exits were ruined.

Located lower on the cliff is a carved niche capable of seamlessly fitting Circe's Cyracuse-class Drone Carrier. It is here that the two emergency exits merge into one, which exits directly at the location of the Cyracuse's airlock. Because the exit is given holographic camouflage(along with a durasteel door for added protection), it is hardly noticeable. The 'cradle' the Cyracuse can fit in also looks like a relatively natural construct. This allows Circe to get out of the academy if need be.

History: Constructed by the original Sith an unknown amount of time ago. Discovered by Revan during the Mandalorian Wars. Was once used to train Sith as part of Revan's Sith Empire and Darth Traya's Sith Empire. Ended up surviving the breakup of Malachor V in a ruinous state, and remained mostly intact during planetary reintegration, though the ruins were abandoned and not touched by scavengers due to their horrific connections. Rediscovered by Circe during the time of the most recent Sith Empire, during her term as Sith Lord while Kaine Zambrano was Emperor, and rebuilt to serve as a laboratory.

Solid submission.

The only major quibble I have with this is regarding the samples of the Dark Harvest virus. Much like the Gulag Plague it is off-limits beyond events. I would like you to remove this.

I also would like you to provide a few links. I personally am aware that Circe uses Malachor V as a base, however for ease of reference for those not aware I would like you to throw in a couple of links.

Thank you. :)
