Chron Liquid: Chron liquid or Chron blood is an orange fluid that is charged with energy. It effectively acts like blood, delivering energy in a steady regulated and efficient manner throughout the Chron's body, then cycling back to the Central Battery Core to recharge and be distributed again. Should the liquid leave a Chron Frame it will deliver a powerful electronic shock to what ever it lands on except a Chron. Chron bodies are specifically designed to regulate the liquid's electrical output, even upon the surface of the frame. The Central Battery Core is capable of limited production of this liquid encase it is lost in small amounts, but should there be a greater loss more must be produced and pumped into the Chron. The liquid tends to prioritize the memory banks, CBC, and TCD, and Chrons with very little liquid often become paralyzed even if they can still communicate.
Central Battery Core: The CBC located where the "heart" should be within a Chron Frame is capable of storing enough energy to allow the Chron to carry out routine actions for around a week before needing to be recharged. However should "Intense Actions" take place (warfare specifically) the core nearly triples its output in an effort to boost the frame's efficiency and thus needs to be recharged daily. The battery can also be damaged by a targeted ion blast causing it to take longer to recharge unless repaired. Excessive damage can make the batter inoperable and permanently shut down the frame.
Cosmetics: The glasteel covering the frame's body gives off a variety of orange lights. This is mostly cosmetic, but can also be used to communicate should their vocal and "telepathic" communications be irreparably damaged.
Technopathic Communications Device: The TCD is a device that allows every Chron to communicate with those within their vicinity "telepathically" using a digital network as well as communicate with "The Collective". This network utilizes subspace and each chron is able to communicate with any other within the same solar system. This can however be boosted through transmitters and communication devices.
Strengths:
Strength: Chron Frames are rather strong, easily able to life 200kg
Boosted Processors: The memory and processors of a Chron Frame are equal to the more intelligent races of the galaxy.
EMP resistance: Many redundancies have been put throughout the Chron frame to protect against EMP bursts.
Weaknesses:
Ion: Chron frames are resistant to EMP bursts, but not the specific targeted attack of an EMP shot.
Soulless: Chron Frames are not autonomous, and need either a consciousness implanted in them or an incredibly sophisticated AI.
Battery Powered: Chron Frames do not produce their own energy, and so if they are not given an energy source they can quickly die.
DESCRIPTION
The standard Chron frame is almost human. Synthetic muscles of rybcoarse operate much the same as biological muscles giving them incredibly fluidity and life like movement rather than the clanky movement of many droids. The layout of vital systems is similar to that of the human body with a network of tubes much like veins delivering Chron liquid to each system and then back to the CBC.
The glasteel screens covering their bodies are capable of showing pretty much anything, but usually show dim orange lights as a form of cosmetic identification. Rogue Chrons tend to change this color as a sign of difference, or turn it off all together.
