Choke the slave trade

The six foot five inches beast of a man had caught word of a piracy raid while being in a saloon at the planet tattooine, he sat there quietly sipping on his drink and his hood up to cover the majority of his face in case of unwanted attention. He listened in on a conversation between a couple of pirates, hence the literal speaking of catching the word, talking about some big score to be made. About five thousand credits or more to capture, not kill or destroy, some frigate. If there was no unnecessary killing involved, why not make an extra amount of credits? It would with help the faction he was with and allow him to gather more materials need to construct and lightsaber. Plus it would be more training for him in the art of Sokan and his lightsaber abilities if needed, experience was a big part of growing up and gaining much more needed wisdom. Jericho finished his drink and lightly lowed his cup and started righting a little note saying, 'where is this contractor for this...big score?', he walked over to the pirates and handed one the note. They all laugh and tore his note up, the one he handed the note to spoke. "Ey, why should we tell you? It would be less money for us!" Jericho lightly shook his head and after a couple of minutes of persuading. The pirates told him of the meeting point being set in the Degobah system.

Degobah?

That was a strange system to go and make a raid on a frigate, but if that is where the money is, that was where Jericho was going to go. He met with the needed contacts and made his spot in the mission known to the others commanding the mission. Before he set of he put on his armor and jedi brown robes over them and his mask over his face to keep his identity from being known, he put his hood and fastened his sabers on his belt . With that made his way to the ship where he was automatically let to the head of the ship where he met with the 'captain' of the ship. The man walked up to him and looked straight into his eyes and asked for his name. Jericho kept silent not wanting to give out his name to the man before him, so there he stood staring back into the other man's eyes, standing firm awaiting the orders for him to be given. It seemed the two would be relentless both standing and waiting until then the captain was distracted by an incoming call by another ship.

Jericho stood quietly while the other man took the transmission and spoke with a female, whom of which, he did not know personally maybe it was better off that way. While the captain was distracted Jericho quickly took the time to anaylze the ship and it's crew along with the other mercenaries and pirates aboard. As he always did, he always needed to know what the strengths and weaknesses of everyone around him and the area around him, in case things got sour so he could make his escape or fight back if needed. The captain then came back to him and once again asked for his name, Jericho remained silent until he thought of something, what the other kids would call him while in the academy. "Ghost." Jericho said responded to the man's question after doing so lower his head slightly as a bow. "Commander." He said ending his statement, referring to the man as commander instead of asking for a name. It was his way to addressing the commanding officer and asking them for orders and so he awaited for a response.

Grinned and shook his head, "Just call me Jut, your not one of my men after all." He went back to work on the ship's check over before suddenly the Slavers appeared. "Time to hunt." He reached for the transmitter and powered it up, "All ships prepare for attack and defensive orders, do not go on the offensive until commanded to and make sure the Immobilizer is defended at all times." He checked over a tactical display, grinning at the fact that his claw-craft out classed the Z-95s which should make this a quick battle. None the less he waited for their forces to strike.

Zorskka Vull readies the YT-2400's weapons and aims them towards the nearest pirate ship.

"Ready to engage the enemy, commander, will attack on your ordersssss."

He responded to the man with a quick nod as acknowledgement to referring the commander as just, Jut. The commander of the ship then move to the well, command, his men get ready for the upcoming battle. As such Jericho would be useless for a space battle with the crew already in the stations and were trained for this already, Jericho on the other did not know the protocols of the ship. So he remained stationary until he had to play his part in all of this. So he continued to watch and learn from these...Pirates and their ways, adapting, memorizing their ways, incase he needed to use their skill sets.

Slavers

Guest
Fighters bolted forward, their engines pushing them across the open void towards the consortium ships. The Bombers aimed their ships towards the interdictor itself, determined to destroy the gravity well and allow for the enemy ships to escape. The Consortium's own fighters shot into action as the enemy grew nearer, soaring right into the enemy fighter wings and engaging in dogfights that were impossible to watch with the human eye. The Dreadnaughts moved forward as the fighters acted and readied their weapons, bee-lining straight for the enemy ships as it unleashed a barrage of ion cannon fire. The dreadnaughts alone being enough to pin down the enemy Tartan and Lancer cruisers as they would have to choose between the fighters or the heavy cruisers. The Slaver's Gladiator-class SD readied its own weapons, firing at the approaching dreadnaughts, which had gone into range, causing the lead dreadnaught to change its firing pattern to the Star destroyer. The Consortium's bombers bee-lined straight for the carriers and cargo ships, aiming to knock out their engines and hyperdrives to stale them so that they could not escape at all. This was countered by a few lancers that had tried to provide cover but became targets in themselves. In the chaos three targets were open to attack, the flagship, the cargo ships, and the one of the Lancer class cruisers that went to defend the cargo ships.

Juthan immediately saw his target and gunned the engines, heading right for the Gladiator as it was distracted by the dreadnaughts. Once he was within firing range the smaller laser cannons fired at his ship, which spun and looped as Juthan tried to dodge them, yelling down the hall as he does. "STRAP IN, THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET BUMPY." He sent the ship into a dive, the artificial gravity unable to fully account for the movement as they hit their harness' hard. He spun it back up and bee-lined straight for the ships underbelly, the ship moving into position to connect with the enemy Star Destroyer. The whole thing took less than five minutes, but none the less left their hearts pounding, the legacy's shields at fifty percent from being hit several times by cannon fire. Juthan stood and looked at Jericho, reaching out his hand to help him out of the seat. "Ready for the fun part?"

It was about time action was about to happen, the opposing ship made their attack and things became quickly escalated. It was time for Jericho to get ready for battle, as the attack commence, while everyone tensed up and got ready to fight back. He merely kept his cool and reached for his breathing mask meant in case for prolong fighting and needing to breathing in space. Jut rushed over to his seat and reached out a helping hand. Out of politeness, Jericho latched on to the man's hand with his own and go out of his seat, moving to the action.

Juthan headed towards the corridor, but took a right into a different cabin. He stopped before opening the door, "Ghost, head down the corridor and link up with my men, ill be right there." With that he opened the door and disappeared behind it. Within the room Juthan headed over to one side of the personal armory, looking over the armor he had waiting on its rack. Beside it a weapon he had only recently attained, "Time for your official debut, lets see if you were worth the money." He reached up and took it from the rack and began to don it, then grabbed the metal cylinder nearby and inserted it into a hidden compartment before heading over and grabbing two blasters. Once he emerged he would head down the corridor to join the others. Grinning before attaching the mask to his armor at Jericho and his men. "Activate Cutters, prepare airlock seal, and men, set your weapons to stun please, we don't need anything damaged." He stood, for the first time with full military bearing and at his full height, the dark robed armor and mask making him look a thousand times more menacing than he could ever look without them.

He did was asked and made his way and stood side by side with the men and watched at the commander left to go somewhere. After moments of waiting the man walked out in his dark robe and armor. He looked more like sith than any type of pirate he had ever seen. There was nothing Jericho could say or do, remotely nice remarking on the armor, so as always and ungrudgingly he remained silent standing next to the sith looking pirate. Jericho looked over to the man and gave him a nod when he spoke to him, the men moved on Juts order to board the ship and waited til they got through the other ships doors.

Gavin Wilis

Commander Wilis of The Scorched Earth
Gavin had just finished prepping his gear when the call came through. He slumped down into his chair, tapping the PTT command on his terminal. "This is Commander Wilis, awaiting attack orders. My men are prepped and ready for a hull breach on the cargo ships, could use some fire support."

Gavin Wilis

Commander Wilis of The Scorched Earth
Wilis brought up his nav computer, setting the slider all the way to "Rabbit". The SCORCHED EARTH screamed to life, following the assault.

Gavin Wilis

Commander Wilis of The Scorched Earth
Gavin steeled himself as his interceptor neared the cargo ship. He brought up the targeting computer. He would only have a small window of opportunity to rip through the cargo ship's hull.

Just as he was about to fire on the ship, blaster fire splashed across the bow of the Scorched Earth. His shot went far right, ripping a hole in the cargo hold.

Another shot flew through space, tearing a hole in the SE's right wing. The ship went into a violent spin, on a collision course with the hole they just shot in the cargo bay.

Gavin tensed on the controls as he tried to regain stability. If he did not do something soon, the whole crew would die.

Gavin unstrapped himself from his seat, rushing to get to the back of his small interceptor. He nodded to his crew as they braced for impact. For a moment, everything was still. There was no movement, no screams. The crew could only wait to see what happened.

Luck. The Scorched Earth passed through the hole in the cargo bay, skidding across the metal flooring before crashing into another parked ship.

Gavin caled out to his crew as blood ran down his face. His ears were ringing, and he had no idea if the rest of them were even alive.

Velnir Flew forwards after the rough landing, Blood ran down his face as he moved over Gavin "The blood makes you look good." Before crawling out the wreck. Then looks over to Gavin again and says " Drink are on me after this mission."

Kruk Longstar

Detached Mandalorian
Kruk jolts forward in his seat in a state of delirium after the crash, the ship grinding across the cargo bay. The carcass of The Scorched Earth finally settles, Kruk found himself unbuckling from his seat, brushing the dust off his armour which was now slightly scorched.
He observed the cabin focusing his attention at a fire to the front of the vessel, a plume of somke emerging from it. Eventually he turned on his rebreather in an attempt to cut down on the smoke inhalation. After some more moments Kruk strode over to Gavin after gathering the other crew members.

Alcus Lightonel

Rogue Sith Apprentice
As Alcus sat there in his meditative state, he was suddenly jerked forward into the wall by the crash. Shakily standing up, Alcus looked around at the wreckage and disarray around him, keeping his eyes peeled for any exit. Through a jumble of wires and sparks flying around he saw a slight opening. As Alcus began limping towards it, some of the interior of the ship began to fall in front of his exit. Using the tiny bit of force he could muster in his weakened state, Alcus held the metal up and limped out, leaning against the wall and panting heavily.

Gavin Wilis

Commander Wilis of The Scorched Earth
Gavin stood up, his leg creaking under the pressure. He drew his father's blade, spinning it around in his hand. He looked out into the cargo bay, slavers by dozens, pouring into the room, shooting blasters and running at the small group with blades drawn. Shipping containers dotted the room, stacked all the way to the ceiling. Behind them, a group of parked fighters loomed over the wreckage of the Scorched Earth.

Gavin motioned to the oncoming soldiers, "Here they come! Take cover by those shipping containers!"

Blaster fire whizzed past the group as they got to cover, their backs pressed against the nearest container, waiting for the soldiers to reach them.

Velnir looked up towards the catwalk that the men were on. He looked at Gavin and said "I got an Idea." Velnir Proceeded to raise his hand towards the Catwalk and brings it down with his force ability. Some soldiers fall to their deaths, others are impaled on the rubble, others still cling to the edge of the hallway, knowing that if they let go, they'll meet their end as well.

Kruk Longstar

Detached Mandalorian
Kruk flips out his EE-3 Carbine rifle, and soon after begins hammering shots off into the approaching slavers. He manages to take out a few before he has to take cover and reload an energy pack. Kruk occasionally peeks the corner he is on, firing a few shots each time he gets an opportunity to do so.

Gavin Wilis

Commander Wilis of The Scorched Earth
As the slavers get closer, Gavin readies himself, counting backwards from ten in his head. At one, he dashes from cover, swinging his sword in a horizontal arc, cutting down one slaver cleanly.
Another attacks from the right. Gavin quickly brings his blade up to block the blow, but is knocked back by the impact. Seeing the opening, three more slavers rushed him as he's stunned.
