Strengths
+Young But Wise: For a 18 year old Chikako is quite
knowledgeable knowing a good deal about the galaxy as
a whole, from different perceptions on the force, religious
ideology as well as governmental and military structure.
All originating from pre-memory loss studies conducted
back home on Eshan.

+Your a Wizard: A prodigy like daughter of a noble
line means that Chikako is very gifted in the use of the force
and with proper training and time would become a rather
powerful spell caster. Even so the simple powers which
Chikako has learned are rather devastating.

+Small and Nimble: Though not physically strong being
a young girl and all Chikako is quite the speedster, her light
weight and small frame making for a rather tricky target for
those who are even the slightest bit slower then her. Of
course wearing frilly and ceremonial clothes does affect
this skill a bit.

+Animal Friend: For some reason Chikako has formed
the uncanny ability to easily bond with wild beasts.
Whatever the cause it means the young Echani could call
upon an army of animals and creatures almost at the drop
of a hat to help her in combat.


Weaknesses
-Stupid Science: Though not a complete idiot to the realm of physics and chemistry, (for spells and potion making) Chikako has little knowledge in the area of technology, making her next to unless with fixing computers, machines and many other complicated things things.​
-Guns?: Has almost never wielded a blaster or slug thrower in her life, and thus would be more a liability if ever given one in a combat situation. Best if she just avoided touching them all together, lest someone get shot on accident.​
-That's a Stop Sign: Has very rarely been behind the wheel of a ship, though able to fly short distances, it would be best not to let her drive anything, unless the passenger have a death wish, or want to wind up in hospital.​
Traits
I'm Always Right: Unless outright proven wrong or that a decision will not work, Chikako will almost always insistent that she is correct in a matter being voiced that she herself has a say in.
Slight Amnesiac: Though due to the help of the Witches of Dathomir, Chikako has started to regain her memories coming to her in dreams due to an alchemist necklace. She still does not remember everything about her past yet including possible lost knowledge she may have once had.
Passive Aggressive: Not one to start conflict but if you get her angry better be prepared for living hell, weather it be constant assassination attempts or deadly pranks this girl will make your life unbearable.

Appearance and Attire

Chikako as typically of the Echani race had white/silver hair, long and reaching down her back, accompanied by the usual matching silver eyes. Her skin though is a light more fair colour compared to the usual pale, mainly due to the amount of time she has spend outside and exposed to harsh weather condition before regaining her memories.

Though being a small flat chested girl upon joining the confederacy Chikako has matured at quite the rapid pace, having a grow spurt in her latter year of 17, and growing in other 'areas' as well, now standing at a high of almost 170cm tall.

When it comes to attire the young Echani can be quite the contesting dresser. Her typical noble attire consists of white and blue frilled dress, ornamented with small blue or green gem stones around her neck or arms. This outfit is almost always accompanied by long over the knee stockings and a small hat of some sort, decorated with silver ornaments again with green gem stones.

Despite this Chikako is not hesitant to discard her noble attire in need of more commoner clothing if the event arises, weather it be on of her many out of the blue adventures, or in the rare case combat. In addition she also has a range of different outfits for different occasions.

Personality
For the most part Chikako is a kind and appropriate child like person, rather happy go lucking when not doing anything, always wearing a cheerful smile along her face. Though when need be she can be stern and often enough a bit demanding, most commonly during decision where she will insist thing be done her way.

Though rather out going and seeming to not care, Chikako is in no way rash or or hasty, often having a plan of some sort in play when undertaking a task, self assigned or given, even if it seems she it just 'winging' it. In addition Chikako has a rather passive aggressive nature openly trying to avoid open conflict if possible, but once fighting/arguing she will not back down until there is a winner.

In the extreme case of someone really pushing her buttons causing her anger or immense frustration, Chikako will do what ever is in her power to bring pain and suffering to said individual or group. Ranging from "I'll take care of this myself, with some pranks" to "Here is the target, 10.00 credits for who ever brings me there head".

Magic Powers
Aspect of the Storm Proficient (3): Bringing lighting down on your
enemies, what is not to like about that.

Spell of Interpritation Proficient (2): Being a diplomat having to
speak different languages is tricky, but this spell helps.

Etherial Tendrils: Adept (4): A spell similar to the existing dark
tendrils though uses but thorough magic

Force Powers
Pyrokinesi-Proficent (2): Chikako is able to produce rather large fire balls and flames due to her blood line. She as yet to really master any techniques in using it.
Animal Bond-Proficent (4): Her ability to connect with beast and creatures alike is rather strong and takes little time, but she still lacks the ability to properly control them.
Combustion-Adept (3): The art of making stuff explode on command, Chikako has become skilled at, but has started to get the hang of.

Cyrokenisis-Adept (2): Basically the opposite of setting stuff on fire by using the force to limit the movement of atoms in the atmosphere reducing temperature and forming ice.
Telekinesis-Proficent (1): Lift stuff up with your mind, easy and simple but the bigger the object the harder it is, something Chikako has to get her head around before she can become better.
Dominate Mind-Master (5): A skill she learned through spirit upon entering the pact of Jart, resistance is futile, submit to your new master.
Force Pseruase-Proficent (3): It is always easier to get people to see things your way without the use of violence or bribes, Chikako has become quite good at using this power.
Alter Envioment-Adept (4): Kind of like the Kenisis arts but more general over reaching and actual manipulation of the enviroment around you, good for party trick or combat.
Art of Movment-Expert (4): To be able to move around with flowing speed like flowing water, good for combat but also just everyday events, dancing being one of those.
Ionize-Expert (3): When you want to do the zappy zap but don't want to be evil, also only really used on electronics, but still a good skill to have on hand.

Shii Cho-Perfectionist (5): Despite being the most basic form of saber/sword styles Shii-Cho once mastered becomes one of the hardest forms to fight against. A person who has mastered this saber form can move around almost like water, fluid and calm, able to counter anything thrown at them and work their way around attacks with ease. A simple yet deadly art style that Chikako took a liklying to​

Martial Arts and CQC
Echani Martial Arts-Adept (1): Similar to her sword play Chikako had all but lost knowledge of the ancient and well established marital arts practiced by her race. This changed however once her memories started to resurface. Though fairly rusty and inexperienced in this style of combat, and not having many people to practice with Chikako regularly goes through the motion of the basics, incorporating some, 'interesting'' addition to the art form. Biography/Thread Tracker
Chapter 1-Forgotten Past
Chikakos first re-collectable memories were that of waking up on the Nabooian jungle at the site of a ship crash, a deep cut on her head, bruised and battered, alive, but unfortunately unable to remember who she was, why she was there and what to do. Lost and with no food she wandered aimlessly until coming into contact with (those things gugans ride), Chikako psychically reaching out in order to see if it was sentient in some way, but unknowingly bonding with the animal allowing her to take reign of the beast and ride it within walking distant of Theed.

Though not knowing why Chikako had a inadvertent feeling to get off world upon entering the city making haste to the nearest star port. Within no time she found a smuggler captain taking supplies to the small world of Saleucami willing to take her on for a small price, Chikako parting with the few peaces of jewelry still on her body, but still keeping those that possessed the crest of house Liona.

Chapter 2-Lost Memories
After some interesting adventures Chikako eventually left Kwens company as he was tasked with new jobs that did not take her closer to Dathomir, once again the Echani resorting to space hitch hiking, slowly make her way to the planet of magic. Despite some minor set backs and a few small trips here and there she finally was able to gain passage on a freighter carrying hunters, headed straight for Dathomir, herself not passing up on the opportunity joined them regardless of what could have happened.

Chapter 3-New Road To Power
-
Finally Chikako had gotten to a place of power, small but for her age grand, her plans, work up the ladders of the Confederacy hierarchy and hopefully get instated as a Vicroy, but only time would tell. For the moment she would shadow other politicians, learn their ways, train and hopefully get to where she wants in a timely manner. That was if everything went to plan, but the galaxy had quite the humors attitude towards her luck and from the get go Chikako knew there would be many road blocks to overcome.

Chapter 4-Vicroys New Grove
Though having a blank slate planet to do what she wanted with Chikako was not done with her plans, bit by bit her goal was to raise a small but professional army on Tythe and use it to 'help out in the CIS'. With a lack of rulers for every planet and some lawless areas the need for internal security was something rather needing, a perfect situation to slowly spread her influence throughout the sector.

Chapter 5-Change of State
With her power growing and the planet of Tythe becoming a more hospitable place Chikako started to turn the small principality into a single planet empire, raising an army and navy to rival her war like neighbors in the sector, but events soon would change things. News of the ME attacking Eshan, her home planet and causing much destruction reached the CIS, such news being painful, but with it a chance to reclaim her old properties and restore the Liona name.

Chapter 6-Expansion
The Eternal Empire has fled the CIS system leaving their planet behind for the taking in light of their acts about the battle of Kuat and their betrayal. With their wold now vacant the Imperium of Tythe has steeped in to take control of the mineral rich tundra world.

Star Ship/s
A private Quill Class Chuttle that the duchess uses for diplomatic missions to CIS worlds and their allies.

Personal Weapons
A typical Echani vibro sword more for ceremonial uses now but has been use countless time by the duchess in self defense and the odd combat situation.

Proprieties and Holdings
The Liona estate back on Eshan, which has fallen out of family hands after the attempted assassination on Naboo, Chikako wishes to reclaim this for herself but is waiting patiently until she attains more power in the CIS.

The New Camp colony on Tythe and it's current assets which she currently rules over and is contains house of residence.

[member="Harvi Kwen"]: An odd fellow that Chikako met on Tatooine during her early travels and offered her passage off the planet for some sort of later repayment. The two travel together for a short time, getting into contact with several other people. Ultimately the two going their separate ways after a while as Chikako kept her main goal in seeking help from the witches of Dathomir.

[member="Darth Metus"] (Mety Wety): The ruler of the CIS and someone who Chikako looks up to greatly, though not knowing each other on a real personal level she would not hesitate to call the man her friend.

[member="Srina Talon"]: Another Echani noble though from house vail, that found her way into the CIS. Chikao greatly respects the woman and enjoys any chance she can to bond with her.

[member="Pom Stych Tive]: The woman and witch that helped restore Chikakos memories and passed on the basic knowledge of spell weaving. Unfortunately it has seemed the woman has vanished, but Chikako will never forget what she has done for her.[/FONT][/SIZE]
