Kimiko Taiyou Kimiko Taiyou , I'll be your judge for this submission.

Did you want to add the picture from the image source directly into your submission? (You don't have to, but most people do)

It looks like this is currently two ratings over, and it's probably because of the hangar count. With small corvettes like this, they can't actually have a hangar count at all - no matter what the rating is, the carried number of squadrons is "0". This means that it effectively doesn't enter the balancing situation at all in terms of ratings because it's always a constant value regardless of what rating you choose.

STANDARD FEATURES
  • Factory standard features applied off the production line

This seems kind of vague as to what those "Factory standard features" are - different factories/companies have different In-character ideas of what standard is (Lucerne Labs, for example, uses bio-computers as standard). If you just mean the normal basic systems that pretty much any vanilla freighter is going to have though, you can say "all standard features" for this area.

Heavily armed for its size, allowing the filament of various roles

This might be an autocorrect issue somewhere, but I think you may mean "fulfillment" instead of "filament" here.
