Operations: The Chateau Le Star Winery has it's own vineyard where the grapes are taken from to make the wines. The tasting room and wine making facility are both located on the property. It is a small operation with only a handful of employees plus the owners.
Rationale: While vacationing on Naboo in Lake Country for their second honeymoon, the Lesans, who were now displaced after Corellia was destroyed and actively searching for a new place to call home, came across an opportunity to buy an established vineyard that was in foreclosure. The estate buildings and equipment are in need of some repair and updating, but the multi-varietal grape vines themselves are still abundantly producing and were told would make great wines with the right touch once again. It was a chance to start over and live a simpler life for the Jedi Knight and former CorSec agent.

Description: Chateau Le Star is an independently owned and operated business. They are not incorporated beyond the laws for Naboo, and as such only provide their product for local businesses. There is a tasting room and winery on the vineyard. Currently in production is a Merlot called Sunrise Red, and a Riesling called Sunset White. They hope to broaden their brand with the introduction of more wines in the future as profits allow the company to expand.
The production is simple: Grapes are grown, processed into wine, and then bottled on the premises. The wine bottles are hand-labeled, filled, corked, and boxed in the facility located on the vineyard grounds. Once the product is determined ready, the wine is shipped to local restaurants, stores, and sold at the tasting room on the estate as well.
As part of the revenue income, Chateau Le Star also rents out certain portions of their grounds for weddings, or other special events. Paired with it is a catering service, which is available upon request, or the owners availability. The food served is BBQ with all the fixins, grilled by Judah Lesan himself; a grillin' chef in his own right. Katara adds her flair for sweet treats, which pairs well with the wine served.
